AIBE XVIII 2023 Result

AIBE XVIII 2023 Result: AIBE XVII 2023 results will be declared by the Bar Council of India (BCI) on the official website. The official notification is expected to be out soon and the exam will likely be held in December 2023. The AIBE results provide details such as the roll number and the qualifying status.

Candidates have to provide their registration number and password to download their results. Candidates who pass the examination will get a Certificate of Practice (CoP), which is required to practise in a court of law. Applicants must achieve a minimum of 38 marks (SC / ST candidates need 33 marks) out of a possible 100 marks in order to qualify for the exam.

  • The AIBE exam is normally administered once a year, however, occasionally it may be administered more than once (up to two times a year).

Answer: AIBE is an entry-level exam which will enable you to practice law in India. The institution where the candidate applies for higher studies would only be able to evaluate the effect of the AIBE result on a candidate’s higher legal studies.

Question: If I do not receive my Certificate of Practice even after I clear the AIBE then can I still appear in the courts on the basis of the result?
