AIBE XIII 2018 result will be announced by the Bar Council of India in the fourth week of December 2018. The result of AIBE XIII 2018 will be declared in the online mode and it will include all details such as the name, qualifying status and the scores of the candidates. Once the results for AIBE XIII 2018 is announced, the candidates who qualify the exam get a Certificate of Law Practice (COP) from the state bar council and these candidates can then practice law in India.
To check the results, candidates need to log in through their registered accounts and once they get the result, it is advisable to keep a copy of the result saved for future references. AIBE takes place twice a year and it is held offline. The duration of the exam is 3 hours and 30 minutes.

Candidates can retrieve their roll number and registration id by following the steps given below
Candidates need to visit the official website after the announcement of the result.
Then the candidate will have to login by entering his/her personal details such as date of birth and roll number.
Click on the ‘Submit’ button to enter the information.
The result will be displayed on the screen.
Candidates can also choose to download the AIBE 2018 result.

Information about rechecking of the result will be given to the candidates within 7 working days after the application for evaluation is received.
Those who wish to check their answer sheets will need to book a time slot and visit the Bar Council of India premises according to the allotted time schedule.
The Xerox of the answer sheet and answer key will not be handed over to the candidate.
Candidates will need to send the complete rechecking application in the prescribed format along with a DD of Rs.200 drawn in favour of the Bar Council of India payable at New Delhi.
1. If I am unable to clear AIBE XIII, would it affect my scope for higher legal studies?
AIBE is an entry-level exam which will enable you to practice law in India. The institution where the candidate applies for higher studies would only be able to evaluate the effect of the AIBE result on a candidate’s higher legal studies
2. If I do not receive my Certificate of Practice even after I clear the AIBE then can I still appear in the courts on the basis of the result?
The Certificate of Practice will be handed over soon after AIBE result declaration. But until then, you can practice on the basis of your result.
3. Will the AIBE exam score affect the career of a practicing advocate? Will it hamper my chances of being a Senior Counsel in practice
Clearing the AIBE is a prerequisite for practicing law in India. Since AIBE is an entry-level exam so your career as an advocate would be affected in the sense that you will have to successfully clear the exam to practice law.
AIBE 2018 cut-off will be decided by the examination authority, Bar Council of India (BCI). The cut-off is the minimum score that candidates need in order to secure a seat in AIBE 2018 counseling. The cut-off marks for different categories such as General and SC/ST are published on the official site of AIBE.
