AP ICET Counselling 2023 (Phase 1 Registration to End on Sept 23)

The registration process for the first phase of the APSCHE counselling will end on September 23, 2023. The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education registration for the first phase of the AP ICET counselling 2023 started on September 8, 2023, and has been extended later till September 23, 2023. Desiring candidates can proceed with their online certificate verification process between September 9 to September 25, 2023. The exercising option of AP ICET 2023 web options can be done between September 26 to September 29, 2023. The opportunity to make changes will remain available till September 30, 2023. The counselling authority will release the AP ICET 2023 seat allotment list for the first phase of counselling on October 3, 2023. The selected candidates will have to report to their designated colleges on October 4, 2023.​​ 

AP ICET counselling 2023 is conducted to select AP ICET 2023 qualified candidates for admission to MBA (Master of Business Administration) and MCA (Master of Computer Applications) courses in MBA colleges in Andhra Pradesh. Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) conducts the counselling in several stages, including registration, document verification, web options entry, seat allotment, and reporting to the allotted college.

Candidates are required to register through online mode, pay the required counselling fee, and get the documents verified to exercise web options entry. AP ICET Counselling 2023 Registration Process

In order to register for the AP ICET counselling process 2023, candidates must follow the steps mentioned below:

AP ICET Counselling 2023 Step 1: Payment of Processing Fee

For the AP ICET 2023 counselling process, candidates will have to pay the processing fee before the certificate verification process. Candidates will have to make the payment in online mode via debit, credit card, or net banking.

Candidates must note that it is mandatory to pay the AP ICET 2023 processing fee and after making the payment, candidates will have to take out the printout of the payment receipt which will be required at the time of document verification.

How to Pay AP ICET Processing Fee 2023

It must be noted by all the candidates they will be required to pay the AP ICET 2023 processing fee in online mode with the help of debit/credit card/ or through net banking. By following the steps given below, candidates can make an online payment:

• Visit the official website of AP ICET 2023 and click on the link that displays the ‘processing fee payment online’ tab.

• Enter the required details like AP ICET 2023 Hall Ticket Number & Rank and then click on ‘pay fee online.

Re-uploading Documents/Information

If candidates need to reupload or change any information they have already entered during the AP ICET application process, they can do so when applying for the counselling process. • The Verification Officer’s service in the Verification Officer login window will have the following major features.
  • To View the Uploaded certificate
  • To ask for the re-uploading certificate
  • To Approve/Reject the certificate
• Officers must provide their remarks to be displayed in the candidate login if the re-upload or reject option is chosen. They must also agree to only permit the re-upload of certificates from the candidate login only once.
• Candidates must make sure they correct any mistakes and re-upload any document that may have discrepancies at this stage because they will not be allowed to re-upload documents or change any information after this stage.
• Additionally, the verification officer is not permitted to request a second upload of the certificate. Therefore, it is of utmost importance that candidates check the necessary documents and information before submitting the same.
• The certificates and documents will be rejected by VO without being requested to be uploaded a second time if the candidate fails to produce or upload the proper documentation.
• The candidate must go to the Certificate Re-Upload option and upload the certificate as shown below if the Verification Officer requested that it be uploaded again.

AP ICET Counselling 2023 Step 2: Registration for Document Verification

As a part of the counselling process, all the shortlisted candidates need to undergo the process of document verification at the help centers. For this, a candidate has to register themselves for the document verification process. The registration process is carried out at the helpline center. Candidates are called to the registration counter and fill in their details in the registration form, which is then submitted at the counter.

Once the registration process is complete, a candidate must wait for the name to be announced. After some time, the candidate will be called to the verification counter where he/she will have to produce their original certificates in front of the designated authority. The original certificates are checked in front of the candidate and immediately returned to their possession.

The seat allotment is based on the preference of the candidate and the availability of the colleges. Any applicable reservations are also considered. How to Check AP ICET Seat Allotment Result

To check the AP ICET seat allotment result, you can follow these general steps. 

1. Go to the official AP ICET website. This is where you'll find the latest updates, notifications, and information related to the seat allotment process.

2. Look for a link or section related to seat allotment results. You will need to log in to your account using your credentials, which you would have created during the registration process.

3. Once you're logged in, you might need to provide your AP ICET hall ticket number, registration number, and other required details to access your seat allotment result.

4. After entering the necessary information, you should be able to see your seat allotment status. This will indicate the college and course you have been allotted.

5. If you are satisfied with the allotted seat, you will likely have the option to download the seat allotment letter. This letter contains important information about the next steps you need to take. The following details are mentioned on the allotment letter:

AP ICET Counselling 2023: Eligibility Criteria for Seat Allotment Process

The candidates who’ve been shortlisted for the counselling will be required to meet the eligibility criteria for MBA admission in order to be called for the AP ICET 2023 seat allotment procedure. The basic eligibility criteria for MBA admission include the following:

• SC/ST category candidates will have to score at least 45% aggregate in degree and AP ICET 2023 to qualify for the AP ICET 2023 counselling process.

AP ICET Counselling 2023: Seat Cancellation Process

In case candidates wish to withdraw or cancel their seat which has been allotted to them at the end of the AP ICET 2023 counselling process, then, they need to approach the Convener in person or by registered post and have to submit few documents that have been listed below before a stipulated date:

• Request letter for cancellation of the allotted seat by the candidate.

• Receipt of fee payment.

• Duly filled in the application form for the cancellation of allotted seats.

AP ICET Counselling 2023 - Forgot Password

In case, candidates forgot their password, then they will have to click on the link “Forgot your password” provided on the login page. After that, they need to enter the required details and click on get the new password. AP ICET Counselling 2023: Spot Admissions

Spot admissions in AP ICET refer to the process of filling vacant seats in MBA and MCA courses after the regular counseling rounds have been completed. During the spot admissions, the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) conducts an additional round of counseling to allocate the remaining seats in various colleges. 1. Spot admissions are conducted to fill the seats that remain vacant after the regular counseling process is completed.
