BHU B.Ed Entrance Test 2025: Results (Out), Counselling/ Admission Dates, Updates

The BHU B.Ed entrance test 2025 counselling process commenced on May 22, 2025. Round 4 seat allotment was issued on August 2. Candidates must sign in to their Samarth portal dashboard to check the allocation status. Those selected have to pay the admission fee within the allotted timeline. Meanwhile, registration for spot round counselling will be available between August 11 and August 16. The university will declare the spot round 1 and spot round 2 allocation on August 18 and August 22, respectively.

The registration process for BHU B.Ed counselling 2025 closed on June 15, and the form correction window for the PG registration form was open until June 18. Only those who secure a valid score in the CUET PG are eligible for the BHU BEd entrance exam counselling process. 

Please note that the BHU B.Ed entrance examination is no longer held separately; admission is now based on CUET PG 2025 scores. CUET PG 2025 was conducted for various paper codes as per the date sheet provided by the NTA. The CUET PG 2025 exam dates were March 13, 15, 16, 18, 19, 21 to 30, 2025 and April 1, 2025.

BHU B.Ed Entrance Exam Eligibility Criteria

Candidates interested in the BHU B.Ed should be aware of the comprehensive admission eligibility criteria. Only candidates who meet all of the eligibility conditions will be considered for admission. 

Before completing the application form, candidates must read the complete eligibility requirements.

• Candidates must have received at least 50% in their Bachelor's and/ or Master's degrees in Sciences / Social Sciences / Humanities / Commerce.
• The candidate must have finished a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology with Science and Mathematics specialisation with an aggregate of 55%.

BHU B.Ed Entrance Exam Exam Pattern

The BHU B.Ed Entrance Exam Pattern has already been declared by NTA on its official website. The exam pattern that has been released includes information about the types of questions asked in the exam, the mark distribution, the paper structure, and other characteristics. Candidates who are appearing for the CUET PG must know the exam pattern to get a grip on the syllabus, marks distribution, etc and improve their preparation level. 

The BHU B.Ed Entrance Exam will last 90 minutes. The exam will be held in CBT (computer-based test) mode only and the paper will be written in English and Hindi. The test paper for BHU B.Ed will have a total of 75 questions worth a total of 300 marks. 

The entrance exam will have questions from Domain Knowledge comprising Teaching Aptitude, Mathematics, Social Sciences, & Sciences.

BHU B.Ed Entrance Exam Application

Interested applicants need to apply online via the CUET PG portal. The BHU B.Ed Entrance Exam application process includes Registration, Filling in the Application Form and Fee Payment. 

The documents needed for the BHU B.Ed application process are:

• Scanned photographs
• Scanned signature
• Graduation degree
• 10th and 12th mark sheet
• Category certificate (ST/SC/PwD)

The application fee can be paid via credit card, debit card, net Banking, UPI, and Wallet. 

BHU B.Ed Entrance Exam Admit Card

The admit card must be carried by the candidates to appear for CUET PG. The admit card will include details such as the name of the candidate, roll number, exam centre, exam timings, etc. The candidates must also carry identity proof along with the BHU B.Ed Entrance Exam admit card to the examination hall.

BHU B.Ed Entrance Exam Result

Candidates can check the BHU B.Ed Entrance Exam result from the CUET PG portal. Students must understand that no re-evaluation/ re-checking of the result under any circumstances will be considered.

BHU B.Ed Entrance Exam Counselling

The BHU B.Ed Entrance Exam counselling schedule is released after the CUET PG result is declared. Benaras Hindu University will conduct the counselling separately based on the CUET PG scores.
