GUJCET Seat Allotment Process 2020

GUJCET seat allotment process is conducted by the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) in multiple phases. The seat allotment process for GUJCET is conducted after the counselling round/s are over. ACPC is also responsible for releasing the result of the GUJCET seat allotment in online mode. To access the GUJCET seat allotment result, the candidates have to log into the GUJCET counselling portal with the help of their valid GUJCET credentials.

In order to confirm the seat allocated to a candidate, he/she will be required to submit the requisite admission fee. In such a case, the candidate has to visit the GUJCET student portal and download the admission slip followed by payment of the admission fee. 

To participate in the GUJCET 2020 seat allotment process, the eligible candidates have to register themselves for the GUJCET 2020 counselling process first for which they have to purchase the information booklet consisting of unique PIN from one of the GUJCET counselling helpline centres. 

Based on the merit secured by the candidates, the GUJCET 2020 counselling process and allotment of seats will be carried out. It is highly recommended that the candidates must go through all the relevant information related to the GUJCET 2020 seat allotment process given in the sections below.

Post GUJCET Seat Allotment 2020

If the candidates are satisfied with the allocated seats, then they have to report at the Institutes where they have been allocated seats for confirming the seats. While reporting at the Institute, the candidates have to carry with them the following documents:

  • Payment receipt

  • Admission slip

  • Information letter

  • Other relevant documents (mentioned in the information booklet)
