The GUJCET 2025 examination was held on March 23, 2025, and the results were subsequently declared on May 5, 2025, for all categories and colleges offering these courses. The criteria for GUJCET 2025 cutoff were based on factors like category-wise reservation, courses, qualifying marks decided by colleges and performance in science and math subjects, viz., physics, math, biology and chemistry.

Qualifying marks are the minimum score which an aspirant must secure against the cutoff decided by the participating institutions for seeking admission to the undergraduate courses as per GUJCET examination. Category-wise score is setup for being eligible for admission to these courses. For general category, the cut-off score is 54 out of 120 and for the reserved category, the minimum score is 48 out of 120. In addition to these scores, the candidates are required to score at least 45% in their class 12 th which is 40% for reserved category students. Higher percentage marks ensure admission in top preferred institutions.
