JEST Application Form 2023

The JEST 2023 application process is expected to begin from January 2023 onwards. The applications for JEST- 2023 could be submitted in online mode only. For filling the application form, candidates were required to visit the official website of the entrance exam, i.e. fill all the details mentioned. Before filling the JEST 2023 application form, it was mandatory to check the eligibility criteria of JEST 2023 for ineligible candidates were to be rejected.

The application fee of JEST 2023 was Rs 800 for General candidates and Rs 400 for SC/ST candidates, which can be paid by using debit card/credit card/net-banking. Payment by any other mode was not be accepted and the application fee once paid was not refunded.

Step by Step Process to Apply for JEST 2023

The following steps were used by the JEST applicants to apply for the JEST 2023 exam:

Step 1: JEST 2023 Registration

For filling the JEST 2023 application form, candidates are required to provide their Name, Email ID, Password, and Date of Birth. After providing all the details in the application form, candidates will receive an e-mail that will have account information after registering with a valid E-mail-ID. The Email-ID should be active and must not be changed during this period. Applicants must log in to the created account, complete the application form and after submission of the form, a unique submission number will be sent to candidates’ Email-ID.

Step 2: Filling up the JEST 2023 Application Form

The next step is of the JEST 2023 application process, is to fill in the details in the JEST 2023 application form. After verification of candidates’ E-mail ID, candidates will be required to fill in the following details such as:

  • Candidate’s name

  • Gender

  • Date of birth details

  • Qualifying exam

  • Address

  • Details of parents/guardians

  • Programme preference

  • Test centre preference

  • Educational qualification

  • Alternate mobile number

  • Year of passing

  • College preference

Step 3: Uploading Scanned Images of Photograph and Signature

After filling in all the details, applicants are required to upload scanned copies of their photograph and signature with their Joint Entrance Screening Test application form. Applicants must ensure to check all the properties of these image files before uploading. Before uploading photo and signature files, applicants must ensure to use file names in alphabets, underscores, and numbers only. Special characters such as spaces, (, #, &, punctuation, etc., should not be used in filenames.

Step 4: Payment of JEST 2023 Application Fee

As a part of the application process, applicants are required to pay the application fee for the JEST exam in online mode via Debit card/Credit card and Net-banking. It must be noted that any other mode of payment will not be accepted.

Step 5: Submit & Print JEST 2023 Application Form

After successful completion of the application form, applicants will have to click on the ‘Submit’ button to fulfill the application process for the JEST exam. After submitting the form, applicants will receive an E-mail on their registered email address containing their “application data after final submission containing Unique Submission Number and filled in data”. Applicants must download and save the application form for further correspondence with the JEST authority. In case, applicants do not receive such an E-mail after submission of the JEST application form and completing e-payment of the JEST application fee then they must contact JEST authorities immediately.
