Moreover, the authorities will also release the WBJEE seat allotment 2024 result of round 2 in the online mode tentatively on August 10, 2024. Students can check the seat allotment of WBJEE 2024 result by logging in using their credentials like the enrollment number, password and security pin. Candidates who have successfully registered and completed the choice filling process will be considered for the seat allotment. • No fresh registrations will be required for the second round of the WBJEE 2024 seat allotment process

• Those candidates who could not secure a seat in the first round of the WBJEE 2024 seat allotment process will be considered for the allocation of seats in this round

• Seats will also be allocated to those candidates who will qualify for their JEE Main 2024 exam with the minimum qualifying marks provided they take part in the WBJEE 2024 counselling and seat allotment process

• At the reporting centres/s, JEE Mains 2023 qualified candidates have to produce their JEE Main 2024 scorecard as well

Mop-Up Round of WBJEE 2024 Seat Allotment Process

• Based on the number of available seats after the conclusion of the WBJEE second round seat allotment process, the mop-up round will be conducted

• After being allocated seats, the candidates have to report to their respective colleges for completing the formalities of admission

Post Seat Allotment of WBJEE 2024

There are certain steps that are to be followed by the candidates once the result of the WBJEE 2024 seat selection is out. We have provided the steps to be followed in the portion below:

• The candidates who earn a seat in the seat allotment process are required to download WBJEE 2024 seat allotment letter.

• In order to download the seat allotment letter, they will have to pay the seat acceptance fee by either the offline or online mode. To pay the fee in offline mode, students will have to download the e-challan of Allahabad Bank and pay it accordingly. 

• After payment of the seat acceptance fee is done candidates will have to report to the particular reporting centre with the required documents for verification.

• Once the verification of the documents is done, students have an option to let the authorities know about their willingness to participate in the further rounds.

• In case the candidates are required to freeze the seat allocated to them.

• If they want to participate in the further rounds, candidates are required to sign a declaration so that the seats which have been allocated to them at first get cancelled.

• Once the seat allotment process is completed the students should report to the institute which they have been allotted and pay the course fee in order to confirm admission.
