The IIFT 2024 exam has now been cancelled. The MBA admissions at IIFT will now be conducted through CAT 2023. However, the students who have been aiming for an admission at IIFT, must apply for CAT 2023. CAT 2023 registrations have begun from August 2, 2023. Candidates can fill the CAT 2023 application form by September 13, 2023. the exam is scheduled to be conducted on November 26, 2023. 

The IIFT exam was conducted for admission into MBA-International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. Any graduate or final year graduation student with a minimum of 50 percent in aggregate is eligible to apply for CAT 2023. What is IIFT Registration 2024?

IIFT Registration 2024 refers to the process by which candidates apply to appear for the entrance examination conducted by the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT). IIFT Registration 2024 is a mandatory step for those who wish to seek admission to various management programmes offered by IIFT, such as MBA (International Business).

IIFT Registration 2024: What is the IIFT Eligibility Criteria?

The general eligibility criteria for the IIFT exam are as follows:

Nationality: Indian nationals, as well as foreign nationals, are eligible to apply.

Educational Qualification

• For MBA (International Business): Candidates are required to possess a Bachelor's degree of minimum 3 years duration in any discipline from a recognized university or institution with a minimum of 50% marks (45% in case of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and PWD).
• For Ph.D. in International Business: Candidates need a Master's degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institution with a minimum aggregate of marks, as specified.

Age Limit: There is no specific age limit for appearing in the IIFT exam for the MBA (International Business) programme.

IIFT Registration 2024: Steps to Fill IIFT 2024 Application Form

IIFT Registration 2024 is conducted online which is similar to other such examinations. The IIFT has done away with the grace period of application fee payment. IIFT will no longer provide a window for the submission of the application fee after the conclusion of the online application form submission. The IIFT 2024 application fee has to be paid as soon as the application form is submitted. 

Once the candidate knows the format of the IIFT registration 2024, then it becomes easier for the applicants to apply for the examination. The IIFT form filling can be done in three simple steps which have been explained here with required pointers. Candidates can follow these steps and complete the form filling in 15 mins only.

First Step: “Apply Online”​

• Candidates will have to click on “Apply Now” 

• They will have to choose the category under which they want to apply for the IIFT 2024. 

Second Step: IIFT “Fill Up Basic Details”

• Candidates will have to fill up the  ‘Basic Details’ of the candidate and submit the application form. After submission of the IIFT Application form, an Application Number would be generated through the registered Email ID and Mobile number.

Third Step: Use IIFT ‘’Application Number”

• Log in to the IIFT online application website using the IIFT “Application Number”. After logging in, the candidates will have to get themselves registered. Once this step is completed a mail with an intimation would be sent to the applicant. Proceed for the payment of the Application Fee for IIFT 2024.

Here are some important instructions regarding the IIFT registration 2024 that candidates should be aware of before filling out the form:

• IIFT will not take responsibility for any server and internet issues faced by the applicants during the form submission or during the completion of the online payment.

• Candidates are advised to fill in correct details as anyone with wrong or forged information shall lose their candidature for IIFT 2024 Entrance Exam.

• The Photograph and the Signature of the candidate must be in the size and format prescribed by the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. Given below is the desired size and format of the scanned Photograph and Signature.

• The scanned image should not be distorted or blurred with a shady or loud background.

• Scanned photographs must be formal as selfies and informal photographs will not be acceptable for the Application Procedure of IIFT 2024 Entrance Exam. 

• Candidates must be ready with their Card details at the time of making payment to complete the Application Procedure.

• All disputes regarding Application Procedure and Payment would be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only. Incomplete applications in any manner (either for Application Forms or filled-in applications) SHALL BE SUMMARILY REJECTED.

To make corrections in the IIFT Application Form 2024, candidates need to follow the guidelines provided by the conducting authority (National Testing Agency - NTA) during the correction window. Here's a general process for making corrections in the IIFT application form 2024:

1. Go to the official IIFT website, which is www.iift.nta.nic.in. 
2. Access the candidate's login portal using the login credentials created during the initial application submission.
3. Click on the “Correction in Application Form” tab on the official website. 
4. Click on the “I agree” tab and finally click on the “Proceed for correction” button.
5. You will be redirected to the application form, where editable fields will be highlighted.
6. Update the necessary details that require correction. You might be able to modify personal information, academic details, exam center choice, category (if applicable), and upload a new photograph or signature as per the specified guidelines.
7. After making the corrections, review all the modifications carefully to ensure accuracy.
8. Save the changes and submit the corrected application form.
