JEE Main 2026 Exam Day Guidelines

The following JEE Main 2026 exam day instructionsas mentioned on the JEE Main 2026 Hall Ticket must be followed by the candidates on the exam day - 

• Candidates are required to reach the test centre before the scheduled time to avoid last-minute hurries. Since there will be security checks, candidates should make sure they reach the JEE Main exam centres 2026 early.
• Candidates should submit the JEE Main admit card 2026 and the six blank papers for rough work (supplied by the centre) before leaving the examination hall at the appropriate drop box. Failure to do so may result in the answer sheets not being evaluated.

• Candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam centre after the examination commences or leave before it concludes.

• As per the JEE Main Dress Code 2026, shoes or footwear with heavy soles, and dresses with huge buttons are not allowed in the exam hall. However, clothing with full sleeves is permitted.
