GUJCET 2021 Application Form

GUJCET 2021 application form will be released soon. The registration process of GUJCET is online, and there is no offline method to fill the form. The candidates will have to pay the specified fees towards the registration before filling the form. The direct link to fill the form for GUJCET 2021 will be updated here. Since 2019, GUJCET has been following online application fee payment. Candidates must be very careful while filling the application form because anything written on the application might be reflected on the GUJCET admit card. Before filling up the application form the applicants must check the GUJCET eligibility criteria. This eligibility criterion is prescribed to help the applicants analyze whether they satisfy the eligibility criteria.

    The dates to fill the GUJCET application form 2021 are as follows -

    Documents Required for GUJCET 2021 Application

    Before filling the application form, candidates have to be ready with the following documents.

    Educational Documents: 

    • Candidate must have a scanned copy of their self-attested passing 10th and 10+2 standard mark sheet affiliated from a recognised university.

    Personal documents:

    • Candidate needs to have a scanned copy of the following documents:

      • Date of Birth certificate

      • Self-attested State Domicile certificate

      • Self-attested Caste category certificate

    Identity proof:

    • Candidate must have a scanned copy of his/her identity proof: 

      • Aadhaar Card

      • Voter card 

      • Passport 

      • Pan card

      • Driving Licence

    Note: Aadhaar card is mandatory but if it is not available, the candidate can use any identity proof from the ones mentioned. 

    Scanned Copy of Photograph and Signature:

    • Candidate must have his/her scanned recent passort size photograph in the mention format.

    • Candidate must have his/her scanned Signature in the required pixels and format.

      • The application fees for GUJCET 2021 is INR 300/-.

      • The late application fee is INR 1300/- (1000+ 300).

      • The payment can be done through Online using a debit/credit card or net banking facility.

      GUJCET 2021 Registration Process

      The step by step process to fill the online application form for GUJCET 2021 can be checked below -

      Candidate Login
      • Firstly, the candidate must log in with the official application link.

      • Fresh candidates will have to click on New User to generate login details and password

      • Next, he/she has to enter the User ID and Password to Login

      • Applicants can get a User ID through Demand Draft also.

      Filling Personal Details

      Candidates need to fill their personal detail in the application form like:

      • Candidate’s Name

      • Candidate’s Birthdate

      • Candidate’s Father Name 

      • Gender 

      • Caste Category

      • Marital Status

      • Permanent Address

      • Correspondence Address

      • Nationality

      • City/Village

      • State

      • Pincode

      • Aadhar card Number

      • Mobile No. 

      • Email ID

      • Landline number (with STD code)

      • District

      • Annual Income

      Educational Qualification Details

      After filling in personal details, the candidate needs to add qualification details:

      • Marks and percentage obtained in 10th Standard

      • Marks and percentage obtained in 12th Standard

      • Name of the board in 10th and 12th standard

      • Candidate’s Roll no. in 10th and 12th standard

      • Candidate’s Passing Year of 10th and 12th standard

      Examination Details

      Next, the candidate has to fill in examination details like:

      • Name of board

      • Board code

      • HSC appearing year

      • HSC seat number (if belong to other board)

      • Course 

      • Select Group – AB, A, B 

      • Exam Medium

      Upload Signature and Photograph
      • The candidate needs to upload his/her scanned signature and recent passport size Photograph with the required format in the given blocks.

      • Photograph and Signature with the improper format will not be acceptable.

      Application Fee Payment
      • Candidates can make the payment of INR 300/- online (debit/credit card or net banking facility).

      • Payment can also be done through Demand Draft of Rs 300 (Rs 300 application form + late fee of Rs 1000) in favor of Secretary, Gujarat Common Entrance Test Cell, Gandhinagar" from any nationalized bank payable at Gandhinagar Submission of GUJCET Application Form.

      • The candidate who wants to pay application fees at the bank has to take a print out of the Payment Slip.

      Form Submission
      • After completing the GUJCET 2021 application form, the candidate has to submit the application form by clicking on the 'Submit' button. 

      • After filling in all the details, re-check the form once.

      • Candidates are advised to take a print out of the application form for further use.

      Dear Student,

      No, you are not eligible for the GUJCET home state quota. For the home state quota, the candidate must have completed his/ her Class 10th & 12th from Gujarat Board. Candidates who have passed Class 10th & 12th from the CBSE board are eligible for the entrance exam. However, he/ she must have studied in a school located in Gujarat state as the domicile rule.
