Merit by Draw of Lots:
If the above-mentioned ways to break the tie fails, KEA will use the draw of lots method.
According to this, the merit list shall be allocated by draw which will be purely on luck basis.
KCET 2022 merit list will be released on the official website after the declaration of KCET result 2022. The merit list of the candidates will be based on the marks/rank scored by the candidates in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology. Once the result of KCET 2022 is released, the candidates who will qualify the entrance examination will be called for the KCET 2022 counselling and seat allocation process on the basis of their result. As a part of the process, the candidates will have to verify their documents at the counselling center. The candidates will also be required to fill and lock their choices of courses and colleges as per their preferences. On the basis of the ranks secured by the candidates along with the selected preferences and availability of seats, the seats will be allotted to the candidates.
Karnataka Exam Authority will conduct KCET 2022 from June 16 to 18, 2022. The cut-off of the KCET 2022 entrance exam will be released on the official website after the exam concludes. The KCET cut-off 2022 is the minimum mark that is required by the authority to let a candidate be eligible for the KCET 2022 participating institutes.
