KCET 2022 Exam Centers

The Karnataka Examination Authority is responsible for releasing the KCET exam centers list. The KCET exam centers list will be released on the official website of KCET. KCET 2022 exam will be conducted at 53 exam centers across 29 districts of Karnataka. The candidates will have to fill in their choice of preference for the exam center at the time of applying for the test. The exam center will be allotted to the candidates on the basis of filled choices and availability. The allotted KCET exam center for the candidate will be mentioned on the KCET admit card.

After the KCET seat allotment, it is mandatory for all the students to visit the allotted institute for admission and seat confirmation. In case any candidate fails to visit the campus for admission or to confirm their seats, then his/ her seat is canceled.

Dear Student,

KCET clearly states that the student must have at least 7years of studies in Karnataka. But to get into Karnataka colleges you can attempt JEE Main or COMEDK. COMEDK gets you into the same college as KCET but there are a lesser number of colleges and the fee is higher comparatively. But if you have special categories like Defence you might be exempted. Read the KCET Eligibility Criteria once to check your eligibility.

Can a student who has studied in Andhra write KCET in Karnataka?

Dear Student,

Sorry to say but a student who has studied in Andhra is not eligible to write KCET in Karnataka. In order to get eligible for KCET, the candidate must have passed from a recognized institution situated in Karnataka only. Moreover, the institute must have been established in Karnataka for a minimum period of 7 years as of July 1 of the examination year.
