MAH MBA CET 2025 Merit List (Final Merit Out)

The MAH MBA CET 2025 final merit list was released on July 24, 2025. The provisional MAH MBA CET merit list 2025 for Maharashtra State and All India candidates was released on July 19, 2025, by the State CET Cell. You could submit grievances against the provisional merit list from July 20 to July 22, 2025. The provisional merit list is released first, allowing candidates to raise objections against it, and the final merit list is released after resolving objections, which will be used for the CAP admission process. You must enter your Application ID and Date of Birth in order to download your provisional and final merit lists. The candidate’s name, Application ID, MAH MBA CET Score (or Percentile), All India Rank (AIR), Maharashtra State Rank (if applicable), Category Rank (if applicable), and Status (Eligible/Ineligible) will be mentioned on the MAH MBA CET 2025 merit list.

The MAH MBA CET 2025 exam was conducted on April 1, April 2, and April 3, 2025. Preparation of MAH CET Merit List 2025

1. Assignment of Merit Number: All eligible candidates who have submitted the MAH MBA CET 2025 application form on or before the last date for Admission through CAP shall be assigned a merit number.
2. Change of Marks Due to Verification: If the marks in the qualifying examination are modified due to verification and the same is duly certified by the concerned Appropriate Authority or Board, the same shall be reported to the Competent Authority for admission through CAP or its designated representatives prior to 5 p.m. on the day of display of final merit list.
3. Method of Calculating Marks at Qualifying Examination for Deciding Eligibility: While deciding the eligibility of the candidates, the following procedure shall be adopted: 

• The percentage of marks shall be calculated by rounding off to the nearest integer, i.e. if the percentage of marks comes out to be 44.50% to 44.99% then it shall be rounded to 45% and if the percentage of marks comes out to be 44.01% to 44.49%, shall be rounded to 44% for deciding the eligibility.
• If letter grades are assigned at SSC, HSC, Diploma, Bachelor of Science, or its equivalent examination, you must submit the certificate of conversion of letter grades into equivalent marks from the concerned Competent Authority or Board at the time of submission of the application form. The eligibility shall be decided on the basis of equivalent marks.
• If you re-appear for the qualifying examination with all subjects, then the marks obtained in the latest examination shall only be considered.
• The Grades or Marks are considered on the basis of which the class of Degree is awarded.

4. Provided that, in case of a tie, the relative merit of Candidates shall be resolved in the following order of preference and the methodology as specified below:–

• Higher percentage of marks in HSC or Diploma
• Higher percentage of marks in SSC
• Higher marks in the Science subject in SSC
• Higher marks in the Mathematics subject in SSC
• Higher marks in English in SSC

• The MAH CET Merit list has two important phases:
  • Provisional Merit List: The Provisional Merit List is declared as soon as the counselling process ends. However, this list does not confirm the final admission, thus, you must wait for the final merit list.
  • Final Merit List: The Final Merit List list features names of those candidates who will be eligible to seek admission to various colleges. This list is prepared based on DTE MBA counselling.
• The MAH MBA Merit list will cover all candidates from all categories, including Maharashtra State Candidature, All India Candidature, NRI/OCI/PIO Foreign National, Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries, and Jammu and Kashmir Migrant seats.
• When creating the merit list, the applicants under Maharashtra State Candidates shall be prioritized in the following order if two candidates have the same overall score and percentile:
  • Candidates with a higher percentage of marks in Class 12 will be given priority in the MAH CET merit list.
  • Furthermore, candidates with a higher percentage of marks in Class 10 exams will be given preference.
• All India Candidature candidates will be given preference based on marks secured by the candidates in CET 2025 during the preparation of the merit list.

MAH MBA CET 2025 counselling process, officially known as the Centralized Admission Process, is a crucial step in the admission process which is conducted after the release of the cutoff.
