MAH-CET 2021 Syllabus

MAH CET is the state level MBA entrance exam which is conducted for admission to the various management institutes in Maharashtra. The exam syllabus for MAH CET 2021 is similar to the other popular entrance exams such as XAT, CAT and the topics will test a candidate’s accuracy, thinking ability and mental aptitude to find solutions to problems. Applicants will have to meet the eligibility criteria and then fill the application form to register for the exam.

However, before preparing for the exam, it is important that the candidates go through the MAH CET 2021 syllabus thoroughly before appearing for the entrance exam.

The syllabus for MAH CET 2021 is designed as per the MAH CET exam pattern as decided by DTE (The Directorate of Technical Education), Maharashtra. As per the exam pattern of MAH CET 2021, the test will be divided into four sections-Logical Reasoning, Abstract Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude and Verbal Ability / Reading Comprehension.

The exam will have 200 questions and the duration of the exam is 150 minutes. It is also very important to have an idea about the best books and sample papers for MAHCET 2021. It is also important to revise questions from the individual sections and attempt mock exams

Logical/Abstract Reasoning-The logical reasoning section will have questions regarding verbal reasoning and relationships. Candidates will be tested on their speed and accuracy.

Verbal ability-In this section, candidates will have to answer vocabulary based questions regarding antonyms, synonyms, fill in the blanks. In the reading comprehension section, there will be passage-based questions.

Quantitative aptitude-This section will test a candidate’s ability to test your basic concepts, quantitative reasoning, calculation speed, charts, common graphs, table interpretations, and charts.

Dear Student,

Yes, since completing an undergraduate course makes you eligible for the MBA course, your UG mark sheet would be considered valid for admission in MAH MBA CET.

However, if you have specified your qualification as postgraduate in the MAH CET application form, it might cause some issues. You should contact the exam conducting authorities with your details and follow the instructions provided by them.

Yes, you can appear for MAH MBA CET Counselling with CMAT scores. The counselling process will remain the same for the type of candidates. You will be grouped according to your scores in entrance exam and category. Since you have scored 99.786 percentile in the CMAT exam, you have higher chances of selection in a top B-School of Maharashtra, You can choose a minimum of 1 and maximum of 300 college choices while registering for the exam.
