MAT 2025 Application Form (December Session Registrations Open)

The MAT 2025 application form for the December session has been made available soon on the official website from October 23, 2025, onwards. The last date for online registration is December 7, 2025 (for PBT) and December 15, 2025 (for CBT). The registration process can only be done through online mode on the official website at mat.aima.in, by entering the Email ID and Password of the candidates. The registration fee is INR 2200 for PBT or CBT and INR 3800 for  PBT+CBT. Candidates can also apply for the MAT 2025 exam by clicking on the direct link provided below:

Graduates and final-year students in any discipline can apply for the MAT 2025 exam by clicking on the 'Register' tab and creating a user ID and password. Only the selected exam mode had to be chosen by candidates in the MAT application form. The registration fee for MAT 2025 CBT & PBT (single test) is INR 2100. If a candidate wishes to appear for both CBT and PBT, then he will have to pay an application fee of INR 3600. Steps to Fill MAT 2025 Application Form

Candidates willing to take MAT 2025 will first have to go through the detailed registration process of MAT 2025. Step 1: Register on the Website

• Click on the direct MAT 2025 application link provided on this page.
• Click on the appropriate link ‘Fresh Candidate to Create Login In’.
• You have to fill in the details to create a Login ID. 
• Enter the required details such as Name, Valid Email ID, Phone Number, and Date of Birth, and click on the tab ' To set a Password'.
• After that, click on the 'Submit' tab.
• The OTP will be sent to your registered email ID and phone number for verification.
• After completing the verification of the mobile number and email ID, click on the 'Login' tab to complete the MAT 2025 registration.

Step 2: Pay the Application Fees

• Log in by clicking on the “Login” button.
• Click on the fee payment option and make a fee payment
• Payment of the MAT Application fee can be made through Online Mode only through Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking.
• Please note once payment of the application fee is made, you will not be allowed to change/modify any information in the application form.

Step 3: Select MAT Exam Centers and Exam Mode

• You can choose up to two cities as the MAT 2025 exam centre location.
• Select your nearest cities as your preferred MAT exam centre choices.
• The allotted MAT exam centre will be mentioned on your MAT 2025 admit card.
• For MAT IBT mode, select 'Test City' from the drop-down.

Step 4: Upload Documents

• You have to upload your documents and scanned images of your recent passport-sized photograph in the prescribed format.

Step 5: Fill Out the Application Form

• Log in with your credentials such as Login ID and Password.
• Click on Apply Now.
• Enter your basic details such as name, father's name, mother's name, date of birth, nationality, age, etc.
• Also, provide your contact details, and qualification details such as the subjects you had, year of passing, marks secured, and grade.
• While filling out the MAT application form online, save the information by clicking the tab 'Save'.
• In case you wish to edit any information, you can do that by logging in again using your Email ID and Date of birth. After editing the information, make sure to save the information by clicking the tab 'Save'.
• Download a copy of the duly filled MAT application form.

Prerequisites to Fill MAT 2025 Application Form

For filling out the MAT 2025 application form, candidates must have the following details ready beforehand:

• Valid Email ID

• Personal details

• Academic qualification details

• Image of scanned photograph in jpg/jpeg format and size should not exceed 50 KB and not less than 5 KB

• Image of scanned signature in jpg/jpeg format and size should not exceed 50 KB and not less than 5 KB

• Debit/ Credit Card/ Net Banking details while making an online payment.

Mistakes to Avoid in MAT 2025 Application Form

Here are a few things that candidates must avoid doing while filling out the MAT 2025 application form.

• Candidates must fill in the mandatory details like phone number, E-mail ID, and communication address accurately as all the communication will be done through this medium only.

• It is advised that candidates must avoid making any spelling errors in Name and age. Additionally, your name should be as per the official document only.

• It is advisable that candidates must upload the scanned image and signature as per the specified dimensions.

• After the application fee payment is completed, candidates must check the status of the fee payment in order to confirm whether their application process is complete or not.

How to Retrieve MAT 2025 Login Password?

In case you forget the MAT registration password, you can retrieve it by following the steps given below:

• Click on the 'Forgot Password' link provided in the MAT login window.
• Provide your Email address, mobile number, date of birth, etc. required to identify your application details.
• A link will be sent to the registered e-mail address.
• Click on the link to recover your password for MAT.
• Once retrieved, you can use the password to log in.

MAT 2025 Application Form Correction

Filling in the correct details in the application form for MAT 2025 is essential for the candidates applying for the entrance examination. All the filled-in forms received at AIMA are processed within five days and all such forms are scrutinized. Candidates can check their receipt status of the MAT registration form on the official website. If the printout of the form is received later than the due date, it will not be accepted and the fee will also not be refunded.
