Institute of Rural Management Anand Social Awareness Test, also known as IRMASAT is an online entrance exam which is conducted at the National-Level for aspirants seeking admission into the Postgraduate Diploma Programme (PGDM) in Rural Management offered by Institute of Rural Management, Anand. The Institute conducts IRMASAT every year across 28 exam centres which help the IRMA officials to select the best 240 candidates from thousands of applicants.
The IRMASAT registration process usually commences in the month of September and goes on till the month of January of next year. The IRMASAT admit card is released shortly after the conclusion of the registration process.
After the IRMASAT exam is conducted, the authorities conduct group discussion and personal interview round tentatively during the month of February. The IRMASAT result is released in the month of March after taking into consideration the performance of the candidates in the written exam, group discussion and personal interview rounds.
The computer-based Postgraduate level entrance exam question paper comprises of 40 questions in total which the candidates have to complete within the alloted time limit, i.e 80 minutes.
