About NERIST NEE 2026

The NERIST Entrance Examination (NEE) is an offline exam administered in the North Eastern States ( Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura). The North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology (NERIST) conducts this entrance test for admission to BTech, BTech LE, BSc (Hons) in Forestry, and certificate courses. NEE-I, NEE-II, and NEE-III are administered for admission to certificate courses, BTech & BSc (Hons) in Forestry, and BTech Lateral Entry, respectively. NEE-II (PCM) is held for students hoping to take admission in BTech courses, whilst NEE-II (PCB) is held for students seeking admission to BSc (Hons) in Forestry. North Eastern Regional Institute of Science & Technology conducts the NERIST NEE 2026 registrations on its official website. The registration process for NERIST NEE 2026 includes multiple steps. In the following points, we have explained  the NERIST NEE 2026 application form process in detail:  

  1. Registration: You can access the NERIST NEE registration link from the official website, neeonline.ac.in, and click on the Online Application for NEE-2026 to begin the registration process.
  2. Sign up: Once you have accessed the application form portal, you will be required to sign up with details such as name, username, DOB, and password. 
  3. Activation: Activate your online application using the email address and activation code you provided during the registration procedure.
  4. Program Selection: Select the Program Type and Name, then verify eligibility.
  5. Fill out the online form: If the applicant confirms the eligibility requirements and continues with the program, the next page opens. You must click on "Application Details". The application form will appear on your screen. Then you must complete the application form with the necessary information.
  6. Uploading scanned images: In the following stage, you need to upload scanned image files of your photograph and signature one by one.
  7. Fill in academic details: You must then fill out the Academic Details section.
  8. Choose the exam center: Now, you will be required to select an Examination Centre preference.

NERIST NEE 2026 Exam Pattern

NERIST NEE exam pattern 2026 includes important information such as exam mode, exam duration, marking scheme, section-wise weightage, etc. The NERIT NEE 2026 exam was held in offline mode.
