Registration for the IBSAT 2025 exam is conducted exclusively online. The IBSAT 2025 application process is common for MBA/PGPM programs across IBS Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Dehradun, Jaipur, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Pune campuses. Around 50,000 candidates take this online management entrance exam annually. Applicants with valid GMAT, CAT, or NMAT by GMAC scores can apply using these scores for admission. IBSAT 2025 Registration Process

IBSAT 2025 application form is available on the official website and can be filled out online only. Check out the steps below to complete IBSAT 2025 registration.

• Go to the official website of IBS i.e., ibsindia.org.
• Click on ‘Apply to IBS Admission Test 2025.’ 
• Enter valid details including name, telephone number, and verification code.
• On successful registration, a Registration Number/ID and Password will be sent to your email ID.
• After that, you will see two boxes i.e. 'Application no' and 'Password.'
• With the created login credentials, proceed with the online application process.
• Check all the details in the application form before paying the registration fee.
• Pay the IBSAT registration fees of INR 1800 through Credit or Debit cards, Net Banking, or UPI.

Steps to Fill IBSAT 2025 Application Form

Candidates applying for IBSAT 2025 can check the following steps below for a successful IBSAT 2025 registration.

Profile:

• The applicants must enter their Names as per the academic records.

• The candidates must also enter their Date of Birth, Address, Mobile Number, E-mail ID, Gender, and Citizenship.

• Cross-check the details before clicking on ‘Proceed’.

• For editing the data, click on ‘Back’.

• If the entered personal data is correct, click on ‘Submit’.

• The first stage of the application process ends with the submission of personal details.

Past Academic Record:

• Firstly, select the program, i.e., MBA/ PGPM based on your preference and eligibility.

• Enter all the details relating to Class 10 & Class 12 (Intermediate) including Name of the Board, Percentage of Marks Obtained, Year of Passing, Medium, Mode of Study, and Percentage.

• Secondly, enter the details relating to your Graduation including duration, year of passing, the percentage of marks secured, mode of study, and medium of instruction.

• The applicants must also enter the name of the university or college, state, and city in which the candidate has graduated.

• Check all the details carefully before clicking on ‘Proceed’.

• For editing the data, click on ‘Back’.

• If the entered personal data is correct, click on ‘Submit’.

Uploading Photograph and Signature:

• Uploading photographs is the next stage of the application process.

• The candidates must upload a colored photograph in .jpeg or .jpg format.

• The size of the photograph should not exceed 25 KB and must be approximately 140-160 pixels.

• The candidates must upload their scanned signatures in the required format.

Payment Detail:

• The application fee for IBSAT 2025 is INR 1800/-

• Payment for IBSAT 2025 is done via Online Mode (Credit Card/ Debit Card or Net Banking)

Entrance Exam Details:

• This is the last stage of the application process.

• The applicants must specify how they wish to apply for the MBA/ PGPM program, i.e., through which of these exams -IBSAT/ CAT/ NMAT/ GMAT.

Declaration:

• The candidates must check on ‘I Agree’ on the declaration statement.

• The declaration statement indicates that all the information submitted by the candidates is correct.

• Now, click on ‘Submit'.

• The application process ends with the submission of all the details.

General Instructions for Filling IBSAT 2025 Application Form

Here are some general instructions that candidates must follow to avoid any error in IBSAT 2025 application form.

• The applicants must have a valid mobile number and e-mail address before starting the online application process.

• The applicants must keep all the educational documents (from Class 10 to UG) ready for calculating the percentage of marks.

• For instance, if the academic institute awards a Grade Point Average (GPA), it must be converted into a percentage as per the conversion scheme of the institution.
