The IBSAT 2022 cutoff scores were influenced and affected by several key factors as mentioned below:

• Number of Seats Available: The number of seats available appears to have been a vital factor in deciding the type of cut-off marks students need to achieve for admissions. More seats indicated fewer cut-off marks and less seats pointed to higher cut-offs.
• Difficulty Level of Question Paper: When the question paper was very tough, cut-off scores went down. Easy papers resulted in high cut-offs.

IBSAT 2022 Selection Process

Through IBSAT 2022 cutoffs, candidates were shortlisted for selection briefings. The briefings consisted of a series of seminars that aimed at offering an insight into the programs and processes followed at IBS. The briefings happened online.

IBSAT 2022 Merit List

The final merit list of IBSAT 2022 was going to be declared after the rounds of micro-presentation and PI. These rounds were going to be conducted as a part of the final selection procedure. It was to generate the respective merit lists for each institute, taking into consideration the candidate's performance through IBSAT 2022 and the selection rounds conducted. The scorecards of the candidates displayed merit ranking, sectional scores, and total marks. If two candidates acquired identical scores, then an inter-se-merit process was used to rank them.
