The CTET 2019 paper-II was conducted from 2:00-4:30 PM on 8th December 2019. In this section, candidates had to answer 150 questions. There are four sections in the paper, which had to be solved within the duration of 150 minutes. The total marks allocated to the exam was 150.
The first three sections in Paper II were compulsory whereas the fourth section gave test takers the choice to attempt questions from either Maths and Science, Social Studies/Social Science or all the questions from Maths, Science and Social Studies/Social Science.

The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET December 2018) was successfully conducted on Sunday, 9th December 2018 in two slots. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducted Paper 1 and Paper 2 for screening candidates to be eligible for taking up teaching posts in the schools across the country.
