Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) is expected to release KCET 2026 application form in January 2026. Candidates planning to appear for the KCET 2026 Exam must register and fill out the application form before the deadline. After the registration period, the authorities will open the correction facility for the candidates if they want to change any information. To make corrections in the KCET 2026 Application Form, candidates must log in using their credentials, like KCET 2026 application number, date of birth, and password. KCET 2026 application form can be filled in online and offline. For candidates who are filling out the registration form online, they have to submit the KCET application fee 2026 through a credit card/ debit card or net banking. For the Offline method, candidates will be able to pay fees through a bank challan. Steps to Fill KCET 2026 Application Form

The detailed process to fill KCET 2026 application form can be checked below -

Step 1 - New User Registration

• Visit the official website of KEA or click on the direct link available on this page
• Click on the 'New Registration. Click Here to Register option
• Enter the required information and click on the 'Submit'
• You will receive an Application Number and User ID on your registered mobile number
• Create a password to proceed with form-filling 

Step 2 - Form Filling & Image Upload

• You will have to log in by entering the User ID and Password
• Fill the required 'Student Information' carefully and click on the 'Save' option
• Fill the required 'Education Details' and click on the 'Save and Next' option
• Upload the scanned images of passport size photograph, signature and left-index finger thumb impression

Step 3 - Application Fee Payment

• You can pay the application fee either online or by downloading the Challan copy
• If you are paying the fee online, you can do the same by using Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Internet Banking
• If you have downloaded the Challan Copy, visit the nearest bank (bank name specified on the challan)
• Pay the registration fee
• Collect the challan copy

Step 4 - Printout of Application Form & Principal Signature

• After the successful payment of the application fee, you will have to download the application form and take the printout of the same
• Affix (paste) the passport size photograph on the printout of application form (photo should be same as uploaded one)
• Sign on the application form along with left-hand thumb impression
• The application form should be signed by the Prinicipal of the college (2nd-PUC) along with a seal

The candidates will have to carry the printout of the application form along with hall ticket on the exam day.

No, students who do not have a Karnataka domicile cannot apply for KCET. The exam is conducted specifically for students with Karnataka domicile. How to Retrieve KCET 2026 Application Number?

It is recommended that candidates verify their registered email address in case they forget their application number. How to Retrieve KCET 2026 Password?

Follow the instructions given below to retrieve your KCET 2026 password.

• Visit the KCET 2026 candidate portal.
• Choose "Forgot Password."
• Click on the Create a new password.
• It is necessary to input the KCET 2026 User ID, application number, security question, security answer, and security code.
• Select "Submit" from the menu.

Candidates must create and confirm a new password of their choice. Applicants can also verify their new password using their registered email address or cellphone number.
