Before submitting the JEE Advanced 2025 application form, candidates must confirm that they meet the requirements for JEE Advanced 2025 eligibility criteria. As per the JEE Advanced Eligibility Criteria 2025, candidates must have been born on or after October 1, 1998, if they belong to the General and OBC categories, and there is a five-year age relaxation for SC/ST or PwD candidates, who must have been born on or after October 1, 1993. Additionally, candidates should have passed their class 12th exam or its equivalent for the first time in the last two years. Candidates are also required to have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) as their three main subjects in high school. The minimum percentage requirement for the class 12th or equivalent exam has been relaxed for the JEE Advanced 2025 test. Also, candidates are allowed only two attempts at the JEE Advanced exam in two consecutive years. Finally, to be eligible for the JEE Advanced 2025 exam, aspirants need to rank among the top 2.5 lakh JEE Main 2025 qualifying candidates.

JEE Advanced 2025 application form will be released on April 27, 2025. Candidates can apply till May 7, 2025. JEE Advanced Application Form Fee 2025

• Physics - Units and dimensions, mechanics, electricity and magnetism, optics, thermal physics, modern physics, and more.
• Chemistry - General topics, gaseous and liquid states, atomic structure and chemical bonding, energetics, chemical equilibrium, transition elements, surface chemistry, extractive metallurgy, electrochemistry, nuclear chemistry, chemical kinetics, solid-state, preparation, properties, and reactions of alkane, alkenes, and alkynes, among other topics. 
• Mathematics - Algebra, trigonometry, matrices, analytical geometry, differential and integral calculus, vectors, probability, etc.

The JEE Advanced 2025 exam pattern will include information about the exam mode, marking system, the total number of questions, question types, etc. JEE Advanced exam is a computer-based test (CBT) that consists of two papers - Paper 1 and Paper 2 each covering three hours. The total duration of the exam is JEE Advanced 2025 is 6 hours. The exam is available in both Hindi and English languages. The marking scheme can vary each year with score deductions for wrong answers in some cases. The exam covers subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and a specific marking scheme is provided in the "Instructions to Candidates" section at the time of the exam.

IIT Kanpur will release the JEE Advanced 2025 exam centres list. The exam centres of JEE Advanced will be located across the major cities of India.  IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Bombay, IIT Kharagpur, IT Roorkee, IIT Kanpur, and IIT Madras are the seven zones in which JEE Advanced 2025 exam centres are located. Candidates will be required to select their preferred exam cities while applying for the JEE Advanced Exam. Candidates will be assigned their exam centres of JEE Advanced as per their preferred location. The admit card for JEE Advanced will comprise detailed information about the JEE Advanced Exam Centre 2025. This year, 3 new abroad exam centres for JEE Advanced have been added - Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Kathmandu. As per the official statement, "Candidates can also choose among the three cities to appear in JEE(Advanced): Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Kathmandu."

JEE Advanced provisional answer key 2025 will be released on June 2, 2025. Candidates will be able to raise objections in the JEE Advanced preliminary answer key 2025 following which the final answer key will be released on June 9, 2025. JEE Advanced response sheet will be available for the candidates on May 31, 2025. The JEE Advanced Response Sheet 2025 will comprise responses submitted by the candidates in the exam. JEE Advanced 2025 Result along with Scorecard will be released on June 9, 2025. Candidates can access the JEE Advanced Result 2025 by logging into the candidate portal with their login credentials. Candidates qualifying for the JEE advanced exam 2025 will be sent a text message on their registered mobile number. JEE Advanced Results 2025 will not be provided to the candidates via postal delivery or email no postal or email. The scorecard of JEE Advanced 2025 will determine the chances of the candidates to secure admission into IITs.

Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) is in charge of conducting the JEE Advanced 2025 counselling process. The JEE Advanced counselling will be commenced in the second week of June.Candidates qualifying for the JEE Advanced 2025 Exam will be eligible to take part in the JEE Advanced counselling 2025. Candidates will be required to register only for the JEE Advanced counselling before proceeding with the JEE Advanced Choice filling process. The JEE Advanced counselling takes place across 6 rounds depending upon the availability of seats.

JEE Advanced 2025 seat allotment will be released by Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) in the third week of July 2025.Candidates who will be allotted seats will have to report to the respective allotted colleges to complete the further admission process. Candidates not satisfied with the seats allotted can also choose to wait for better allotment in the further rounds. Only those candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be allowed to participate in the JoSAA counselling 2025 and JEE Advanced 2025 seat allotment. 

JEE Advanced 2025 cutoff ranks are being announced in online mode after the declaration of the JEE Advanced 2025 result. The cutoff of JEE Advanced 2025 refers to the minimum score that candidates must score to qualify for the exam. The JEE Advanced cutoff will be announced separately for every category of candidates. The counselling process of JEE Advanced 2025 will be carried out based on the JEE Advanced 2025 cutoff.
