• Carry Application Number: Before seeking help, keep your application number handy, as you will be asked to verify it.
• Contact NIFT NTA Helpline: You may call the helpdesk between 9:30 AM and 5:30 PM on Mondays to Fridays or send an e-mail to the helpdesk as well.
• Provide Clear Details in Your Email: While writing an email, always mention your application number and make a logical case regarding the issue at hand. The team will better be able to understand your problem and find a solution accordingly.
• Wait for Verification and Action: The NTA helpdesk will verify your details and get them corrected appropriately.
• No Re-Issuance of Admit Card: In this regard, NTA shall not issue an admit card. Even in the case of a pending correction, you would need to go through the examination process with the same admit card.
• Carry Important Documents to the Exam Center: On the day of the exam, carry an ID proof and a clear passport-sized photo along with yourself.
• Post Exam Corrections: Post-conducting the exams, the required correction regarding the admit card will be dealt with by the respective officials.
