When two or more students receive the same NIFT 2026 results, the tie-break policies are applied. The tie-break mechanism then determines the final NIFT 2026 merit rank.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has shared an important update about the NIFT Entrance Exam 2026. They will keep all exam-related records, like answer sheets and score details, only for 90 days after the results are announced. After this time, these records will be deleted as part of their regular record management. So, if you appeared for the NIFT 2026 exam, make sure to download and save your scorecard and any other important documents within these 90 days.
