NMIMS NPAT 2026 counselling will be conducted by the universities in the offline mode. The candidates whose names feature in the merit list can take part in the counselling process. Candidates will need to report to the allotted college for completing the admission process and the counselling will be held individually by each of the participating colleges. On the day of counselling, candidates will have to verify their documents, and after this, the final seats will be allotted. There will be no group discussion or personal interview at the time of counselling of NPAT BBA 2026. Candidates are selected on the basis of their scores and the preference of their college. Those who are selected for the final admission process must pay the admission fee within the stipulated time or else they will be disqualified from the admission process.
After the declaration of the NMIMS NPAT 2026 result, the exam conducting authority releases the merit list. The counselling will take place offline. Candidates will be required to visit one of the allotted campuses to take part in the counselling process. The entire counselling schedule will be displayed on the official website of NMIMS and candidates must not forget to carry their documents along on the day of counselling.

In order to take part in the counselling procedure, candidates need to verify their documents and submit the counselling fee. The seats will be allotted on the basis of the preference filled by the candidates, availability of seats and the rank in the entrance exam. If a candidate fails to complete admission formalities or pay the fee within the stipulated time, their seat will be forfeited, and it will be offered to the next eligible candidate in the merit list.
After seat allotment, candidates must accept the offer, pay the admission fee, and upload/submit the required documents to confirm their admission within the given deadline.
Seat allotment is based on the candidate’s NPAT merit rank, program preferences, and availability of seats at the time of allocation.
Candidates must log in to the official NMIMS admission portal using their NPAT credentials and complete the counselling registration by filling in program preferences and paying the required counselling fee.
