Candidates seeking admission to the undergraduate courses offered by NMIMS must ensure that they meet the NPAT 2024 Eligibility Criteria in order to appear for the examination. NMIMS offers courses under the Commerce, Economics, Liberal Arts, and Branding & Advertisement streams, and separate eligibility criteria for each stream are described by the conducting body. NMIMS NPAT 2024 Eligibility Criteria - Overview

Given below is a quick overview of the NMIMS NPAT 2024 Eligibility Criteria.

• The candidate must have completed Class 12th from a recognized board of education such as CBSE or ISC.
• Candidates from all streams are eligible to apply. However, some courses have subject-specific requirements that must be met.
• A minimum of 50% aggregate marks for BBA in Branding & Advertising course, and 60% aggregate marks for all of the other courses are required in all of the subjects taken by the candidate in the qualifying exam.
• The candidate must have scored passing marks in all of the subjects in the qualifying examination.
• The candidate must be equal to or younger than 25 years of age.

NMIMS NPAT 2024 Age Limit

The maximum age limit to apply for NMIMS NPAT 2024 is 25 years. Candidates who are above 25 years of age at the time of filling out the NMIMS NPAT 2024 Application Form are not eligible to appear for the exam or apply for admission to the courses offered by NMIMS through NPAT 2024 Scores.

NMIMS NPAT 2024 Detailed Eligibility Criteria for Commerce (BBA/ BCom (H)/ BSc Finance)

The eligibility criteria of NMIMS NPAT 2024 for the BBA, BCom Honours and BSc in Finance courses available under the Commerce stream is as follows.

• The candidate must have passed Class 12th/ 10 +2 or equivalent exam from a recognized board.

• The candidate must have scored a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in all of the subjects taken in Class 12th (best of four etc. will not be considered).

• The candidate must have received passing marks in all of the subjects taken in the qualifying exam.

• For Mumbai/ Navi Mumbai/ Bengaluru campuses: The candidate must have studied any of Maths/ Statistics at the Class 12th level or equivalent.

• The candidate who has passed Class 12th / 10+2 or equivalent from Internation Baccalaureate (IB) board must have been awarded the IB or DP certificate along with 24 credits. He/ she must have passed 3 HL and 3 SL from any stream.

• If the mark sheet issued by the board or institution is in percentile, the aggregate percentage marks of all of the subjects taken by the candidate will be considered for percentage calculation.

• Candidates appearing for the Class 12th exam can also apply for NPAT 2024. However, they will be required to submit the necessary required documents before the deadline specified by the institute.

• Candidates who are awaiting their Class 12th or equivalent results are also eligible to apply. Such candidates will be given provisional admission. Final admission will only be confirmed after such candidates have provided proof of eligibility through their final mark sheet before the commencement of their course.

• Candidates who have completed their Class 12th from an overseas university must confirm eligibility by submitting an AIU equivalent certificate.

NMIMS NPAT 2024 Detailed Eligibility Criteria for Economics (BSc Economics)

The minimum eligibility criteria for candidates interested in the BSc Economics course offered by NMIMS under the Economics stream are as follows.

• The candidate must have passed in Class 12th/ 10+2 or equivalent examinations conducted by a recognized board with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in all of the subjects.
• If the mark sheet issued by the board or institution is in percentile, the aggregate percentage will be calculated of all of the subjects taken by the candidate.
• The candidate must have studied any of Maths/ Statistics at the Class 12th or equivalent level.
• The candidate must have scored passing marks in all of the subjects taken in the qualifying exam.
• For candidates who have passed Class 12th or equivalent in any stream from the IB board, an IB and/ or DP Certificate with a minimum of 24 credits and pass in 3 HL and 3 SL is mandatory.
• Candidates who are appearing for their Class 12th exams or awaiting their final year mark sheet can be granted provisional admission, which will only be confirmed on submitting proof of eligibility before the course commencement or any other deadline specified by the institute.

NMIMS NPAT 2024 Detailed Eligibility Criteria for Liberal Arts (BA Hons. in Liberal Arts)

Following are the details of the eligibility criteria specified by NMIMS for admission to the BA Hons. in Liberal Arts course admission via NPAT 2024:

• The candidate must have passed 10 + 2/ Class 12th examinations or equivalent in a single attempt from a recognized board.
• The candidate must have obtained a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in all of the subjects taken in the qualifying exam. And, the candidate must have scored passing marks in all of the subjects in Class 12th.
• For candidates whose board/ institution issue the mark sheet in percentile, the aggregate percentage score of the candidate ina ll of the subjects will be considered for eligibility.
• Candidates who have passed 10 + 2 or equivalent from IB Board must have passed a minimum of 3 SL and 3 HL and must be awarded an IB Certificate or DP Certificate with 24 credits.
• Candidates who are appearing for their 10 + 2 examinations or awaiting results are eligible to apply. Such candidates can be granted provision admission, which can be confirmed after they are found eligible for submission of the relevant documents before the stipulated deadline.

NMIMS NPAT 2024 Detailed Eligibility Criteria for Branding & Advertising (BBA in Branding & Advertising)

Following is the NPAT 2024 Eligibility Criteria for candidates applying for the BBA in Branding & Liberal Arts course.

• The candidate must have passed 10 + 2 / Class 12th or equivalent exam from a recognized board in any stream. OR
• The candidate must have passed a Diploma in Engineering from a recognized institution.
• The candidate must have scored at least 50% aggregate marks in all of the subjects taken in Class 12th or in Diploma in Engineering with passing marks in all of the subjects in the qualifying course.
• IB Board candidates must have been awarded an IB or DP Certificate. They must have a total of 24 credits with passing marks in 3 HL & 3 SL from any stream.
• Candidates who are appearing in their final year exams or awaiting their mark sheet are eligible to apply for provisional admission, which can be confirmed if the candidate submits all of the relevant documents before the stipulated deadline.

What After Satisfying NMIMS NPAT 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who meet the NMIMS NPAT 2024 Eligibility Criteria can register for NPAT 2024 and complete the application form. They will then be required to appear for the entrance exam following which a merit list will be prepared based on which admissions to various courses will be conducted. The candidate will be required to appear for the document verification round as a part of the NPAT 2024 Selection Process in which the candidate will be required to produce their original documents for verification purposes. If the conducting body finds any discrepancy in the supporting documents regarding eligibility, the candidate will be disqualified from the admission process.
