The question paper will consist of 100 questions in MCQ format.

The medium of instruction of TANCET paper will be English.
1 mark will be awarded to the examinee for every correct entry and every incorrect or multiple entry will attract a negative marking of 1/3.
TANCET question paper for M.Tech/M.Plan/M.E/M.Arch will consist of 100 questions divided into 3 sections.
TANCET question paper for MBA/MCA will also consist of 100 MC questions but it will not be divided into any section.
