XAT 2018 Result

The Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) scorecards 2018 for candidates who appeared for the examination on January 7 and February 3 this year are out. The XAT 2018 result is available online in the form of a scorecard. XAT 2018 scorecard displays overall scores/percentage scored in the exam. In order to access the XAT 2018 scorecard, candidates have to use their XAT ID and Password. Candidates can access their scorecards from 11th February, 2018 until 20th February, 2018.

The scorecards for XAT have been released two days after the scheduled date for the announcement. Earlier, the result announcement date was 31st January, 2018. But it was postponed to 9th February, 2018 in wake of the XAT 2018 retest, which was organised at a few XAT exam centres on 3rd February, 2018. The exam was reorganised for those who could not take their exam properly on 7th January, 2018 due to technical glitches.

Every year, Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI) Jamshedpur conducts XAT at various test centres for admission of deserving candidates into management programmes. XAT results are accepted by most of the B-schools in India. XAT 2018 results are declared online in the form of a scorecard. To view XAT 2018 result, candidates must enter their login credentials, i.e. XAT ID, Date of Birth and a Security text. XAT scorecard will be displayed section wise scores/percentile of the candidate. Candidates must note that after result declaration, XLRI and other participating institutes shortlists candidates for the next rounds of the selection process, which may include Group Discussion, Personal Interview, and Written Ability Test.

Note: After declaring XAT 2018 result, XLRI Jamshedpur also releases an official XAT 2018 cut-off list, which features the names of the qualified candidates for further selection rounds.

How to View XAT Scorecard 2018

Candidates can follow the steps given below in order to view their XAT results.

  • Visit the official website of XLRI Jamshedpur and click on the link displaying 'Click here-XAT 2018 Results'.
  • Enter your login credentials - XAT ID, Password and a Security text.
  • XAT 2018 scorecard will be displayed on the screen.
  • Download and Print the XAT 2018 scorecard for future reference.

XAT 2018 Cut-off

The cut-off of XAT 2018 will be announced by Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI) Jamshedpur. XAT cut-off scores will be based on the minimum marks scored by the candidates to get shortlisted for further selection rounds, comprising of Group Discussion, Personal Interview, and Written Ability Test.

XAT Cut-off list will be prepared course-wise and institute-wise. Candidates who successfully meet the XAT cut-off 2018 will be shortlisted. Candidates are advised to check the XAT cut-off list, after viewing their results on the official website of the institute.

XLRI Course-wise Sectional Cut-offs

Along with the result, students would also be able to check the cut-offs for various programmes offered by XLRI. XAT scores are widely accepted by Indian business schools. Students with a valid XAT score can apply for more than 100 institutes. Among these is the prestigious B-school XLRI, Jamshedpur.

Other details related to cut-offs are also announced by XLRI. It is important to download and save the scorecards and OMR sheets as they will be required during the admission process.

Students can simply log on to the official website to retrieve their scorecard and OMR sheets. The scorecard contains section-wise score and percentile of a candidate. The hardcopy of the same will also be sent by the officials.
