MHT CET 2021 Final Merit List (Released)

MHT CET 2021 final merit list has been released on November 28, and the provisional merit list was released on November 24. The MHT CET 2021 merit list is prepared by the exam authority which will be used during the MHT CET 2021 counselling process. In order to access the merit list, the candidates will have to submit their date of birth and application Id.  The MHT CET 2021 merit list separately contains the whereabouts of those candidates who belong to various categories. The final merit list of MHT CET  will be released by the authorities after accepting and verifying the grievances from the candidates.

How to Access MHT CET 2021 Merit List?

The following steps will guide the candidates regarding how to access the merit list of MHT CET 2021:

  • The candidates, first, have to click on the link available on this page visit the official MHT CET 2021 website, i.e., https://fe2021.mahacet.org/StaticPages/HomePage

  • The candidates have to click on the “Merit List” tab available on the home page of the official website

  • Next, the candidates will be required to enter their date of birth and application ID in the respective text boxes and click on the “Submit” button

  • The MHT CET 2021 merit list will be visible on the screen

  • The candidates will be required to check if their names are present on the merit list following which they have to download or take a print out which will come in handy in future

  • In case a candidate spot any discrepancy in the MHT CET 2021 merit list, they will have to report it to the concerned authorities immediately

  • The pharmacy merit list will be prepared on the basis of the marks obtained by the candidates in the MHT CET entrance exam or similar other exams conducted by an appropriate authority
  • For the Foreign candidates (OCI/NRI/PIO/Gulf Countries), the preparation of the merit list will depend on the cumulative marks obtained by them in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics at the qualifying level

Tie-Breaking Policy for MHT CET Merit List

The MHT CET merit list tie-breaker policy will be used in a scenario where two or more candidates have scored the same marks in the entrance exam. The MHT CET 2020 merit list tie-breaker methodology will be employed in the following manner.

Engineering & Technology and Planning

The tie-breaking methodology for Engineering & Technology and planning will be employed in the following order of merit:

  • The highest marks secured by the candidates at CET Mathematics

  • The highest marks secured by the candidates at CET Physics

  • The highest marks secured by the candidates at CET Chemistry

  • Higher cumulative aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics at the qualifying exam

  • Higher marks secured in Mathematics at the HSC level

  • Higher marks secured in Physics at the HSC level

  • Higher aggregate at the HSC level

For Foreign Candidates

  • Higher marks in Mathematics at the HSC level

  • Higher marks in Physics at the HSC level

  • Higher aggregate at the HSC level

Engineering and Technology Lateral Entry

  • Higher aggregate secured by the candidates at the SSC level

  • Higher marks in Mathematics at the SSC level

  • Higher marks in Science at the SSC level

  • Higher marks in English at the SSC level

Pharmacy

  • Higher marks secured in Biology/Mathematics at the CET

  • Higher marks secured in Physics at the CET
