RIE CEE 2025 - Results (Out), Counselling/ Admission Dates, Updates

RIE CEE 2025 for Group A: RIE CEE 2025 results have been declared for Group A courses. Furthermore, the RIE CEE 2025 counselling process for RIE Bhubaneswar, for Level courses such as BA B.Ed and B.Sc B.Ed, will be conducted on September 11, 12, and 13. The institute has released the provisional selected and waiting lists for BA BEd and BSc BEd programmes. Those selected must report to the allocated venue to verify their original documents and pay the admission fee, confirming their admission.

RIE CEE 2025 for Groups B and C: The conducting authority is expected to release the results for Groups B and C soon. Students are advised to check the official portal regularly for updates on results and counselling.

Earlier, RIE CEE 2025 was conducted on July 13, 2025, and the provisional RIE CEE 2025 answer key was issued on July 18. The objection portal was open until July 24, 10 am. Additionally, the deadline for mark submission date for BA B.Ed, BSc B.Ed, MSc Ed was July 30, 11.59 pm, and August 6, 2025, 11.59 pm, for B.Ed, M.Ed, B.Ed-M.Ed, MA Education Technology.

Candidates who clear the RIE CEE 2025 and secure seat allotment can join the participating institutes, such as RIE Bhubaneswar, RIE Bhopal, RIE Ajmer, RIE Mysuru, NERIE Shillong, and RIE Nellore. The offered courses include B.Sc. What is RIE CEE?

The NCERT - National Council of Educational Research and Training administers the RIE CEE (Regional Institute of Education Common Entrance Examination), which is an entrance exam for UG and PG education courses. 

Students who wish to pursue a degree at the undergraduate or graduate level in education can apply for this admission test. This exam exclusively offers qualified applicants seats in RIE Ajmer, RIE Bhopal, RIE Bhubaneswar, and  RIE Mysuru.

Eligibility Criteria of RIE CEE 2025

Candidates must meet specific RIE CEE 2025 eligibility criteria given by the NCERT Examination Board to be qualified to sit for the RIE CEE exam 2025.

To be suitable for the B.Ed program at RIE CEE 2025, the candidate must have completed a graduation or postgraduation or 12th standard in any stream (Science, Commerce, or Humanities) with a minimum of 50% (45% for reserved candidates) in the qualifying exam.

B.Sc BEd 

Applicants must have a 10+2/higher secondary in PCM/PCB with a minimum of 50% marks, with a 5% relaxation for SC/ST candidates from any recognized board.

BA BEd

Candidates must have a 10+2/higher secondary diploma in Science, Commerce, or Arts with a least 50% marks, with a 5% relaxation for SC/ST applicants from any recognized board.

M.Sc Ed

Exam-takers must have a 10+2/higher secondary diploma in Science and Mathematics with a minimal 50% marks, with a 5% relaxation for SC/ST candidates from any recognized institute.

BEd Programme

Aspirants should have a graduation/post-graduation degree from a recognized Institution or University, with at least 50% marks and a 5% relaxation for SC/ST students.

MEd Programme

Candidates should have a graduation degree (B.Ed. / B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed./B.El.Ed./D.El.Ed) from a well-known institution with 50% marks (minimum). SC / ST exam-takers will get a 5% relaxation.

How to Apply for RIE CEE 2025

The RIE CEE 2025 application process includes:

• Registration.

After paying the fee, applicants must save and download the form for future use.

RIE CEE 2025 Admit Card

Aspirants can receive their RIE CEE admit cards via the RIE's official website. They need to access the system by entering their registration ID and password. Students must report any issues with the admit card to the authorities right away.

Exam Pattern of RIE CEE 2025

Knowing the exam pattern of RIE CEE will help the aspirant begin their preparations accordingly. RIE CEE is held in CBT mode for 2 hours (120 minutes). The test will contain 80 questions. The more familiar one is with the exam's format and content, the stronger one's chances of doing well. Out of 80 questions, 20 will be on English language proficiency, 30 on teaching aptitude/attitude, and 30 on reasoning ability.

Participating Colleges of RIE CEE 2025

The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) administers the Regional Institutes of Education Common Entrance Examination (RIE CEE) to shortlist students for admission to UG and PG level programs at Prarambh and Regional Institutes of Education (RIEs). 

Students who pass the entrance exam will be admitted to the RIE CEE 2025 Participating Colleges. Seats will be allocated to prospective candidates based on their performance in the entrance exam and the availability of seats at the college.

RIE CEE 2025 Result

The examination board will announce the exam results of the RIE CEE 2025 for B.Sc.B.Ed / BA B.Ed / M.Sc Ed programmes and B.Ed / M.Ed programmes as per the specified dates. An admissions list will be released when the RIE CEE 2025 results are announced, and applicants who appear on the list will be contacted for additional admissions counselling. 

RIE publishes exam results for each course independently. The cutoff marks will be announced on the official website for aspirants. The performance of the aspirants in RIE CEE will be valued at 60% (approx), while the qualifying test will be counted at 40% (approx).

• Then, on the screen, they need to click the RIE CEE 2025 result button.
• Students must now input their registration numbers as well as their unique passwords.

• Aspirants must download their results to proceed with the admissions procedure.

RIE CEE 2025 Counselling

Applicants that qualify for the RIE CEE 2025 need to participate in the counselling process. Counselling is carried out to finalise the admission of candidates to their respective programmes at the university.
