The SNAP selection criteria have remained the same for many years, and so was the case in 2024. There are two stages to the SNAP Group Exercise (GE) round. Each group is given a puzzle to solve in a set amount of time during the first phase. The goal of this exercise is to demonstrate teamwork, management, and leadership. Group discussions are the second stage of GE. Groups of candidates are formed, and each group is given a distinct debate topic. You are evaluated in this round based on your capacity for persuasion, clarity of thought, and communication.
As with other institutions, SNAP’s Personal Interview (PI) round is usually based on you discussing yourself and your future goals. In PI, "Why MBA?" is one of the most frequently asked questions. Your educational background, areas of interest, and professional experiences are also taken into consideration. This time, evaluate the applicant's communication, problem-solving, and thought processes.
You must write a brief essay on the assigned topic for this round of the written exam. You may see a video and be asked to create a story around it.
