The ATMA 2025 application form was released on December 1, 2025. The ATMA aspirants can fill out the form until February 10, 2026. The application fee window will close on February 9, 2026. AIMS Test for Management Admissions (ATMA) is an MBA entrance exam conducted by the Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS) four times a year. The Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS) is the conducting authority for the ATMA 2026 exam. Formed in the year 1988, AIMS is one of the largest networks of more than 740 management schools of national as well as international importance, including IIMs, ISB, Xavier Institutes, Welingkar, MDI, SP Jain, ICFAI, and NMIMS.

Established as a registered society, AIMS is a non-profit professional organisation. Over the years, AIMS has grown into a powerful body of B-schools in India with a membership of over six hundred Institutes. AIMS represents Indian Management schools in various international forums such as the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD), the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP), and the Association of Management Development Institutions in South Asia (AMDISA), etc.

The ATMA 2026 application process is conducted online. Candidates can get access to the ATMA 2026 application form online on the official website of ATMA AIMS (atmaaims.com). Students aspiring to appear for the ATMA 2026 exam are required to fill out the online application form and complete the registration process by paying the application fee:

• The Registration Fee for ATMA 2026 is Rs. 2000/-  inclusive of GST @18%
• The payment can be done online using a Credit or Debit Card only.
• The candidate should fill in only his/her details like Full name, Correct Email ID,
• Mobile Number, and Date of Birth in the Online Fee Payment form. 
• After successfully paying the fee through a debit/credit card, candidates will receive a PID (Personal Identification Number) to their email ID from ATMA through an autogenerated mail.
• The registration fee, once paid, is not refundable or transferable to other tests under any circumstances.

The following are the eligibility criteria for the ATMA 2026 exam: 

• It is mandatory for the candidates applying for the ATMA exam to be citizens of India.
• Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate or equivalent CGPA from a recognised university.
• The previous university should be recognised by UGC. 
• Candidates who are in their final year of graduation are also eligible to apply provisionally.
• Candidates who have completed CA can apply.
• No age limit has been specified for the ATMA exam.

New ATMA 2026 exam centres have been added to the list by the exam authorities. Test centres will be allotted to the candidates as per the ATMA test centres 2026 choice preferences filled by them in the application form. The salient features of the ATMA 2026 test administration are as follows:

• ATMA will be administered in the premises of colleges/institutes/schools or their computer labs, etc. The address of the Test Venue is given on the Admit Card.
• Candidates are required to carry the following documents to the test center at the time of the examination.

a. Original Photo ID proof issued by Government of India - Original Aadhar Card/PAN Card/Voter’s Card/Permanent Driving License. Ration Card and Learner’s Driving License will not be accepted as valid id proof.

b. 1 clear black and white photocopy of ID Proof

c. 2 clear black and white copies of Admit card along with One original recent passport size photo affixed on each of them. Admit Card is valid when the photograph of the candidate is pasted on it and a Photo ID proof issued by the Government of India (Aadhar Card, Voter Id, Pan Card, Driving License) in original and a black and white Photocopy of the same, is produced at the test center. Candidates should affix a photograph that should match the uploaded photograph on the admit card.

• d. 1 Black and white copy of the Registration form.
• e. In case of married candidates who have changed their name will be allowed to appear for the Test only if they produce the Original Gazette notification/their original marriage certificate and/or an affidavit.
• Candidates are required to report to the test venue with the above documents, 1 hour before the commencement of the Test.
• Take your assigned seat in the Test Lab. Change of computer is not permitted without the permission of the Test Supervisor.
• Instructions for Online Exam should be followed as directed in the Admit Card.
• Familiarity with the use of computers and the internet will be required.

The ATMA 2026 exam contains 180 Questions spread over six sections. Each section in the Online Test need not be attempted in serial order. The total time of the Test is 3 hours. The questions cover Analytical Reasoning, Quantitative, and Verbal skills.

ATMA is designed to estimate the capabilities of the students to study Master in Business Administration or MBA in the top B-Schools of India. To achieve the best result in ATMA, here are a few curated books, reviewed & suggested by subject matter experts for cracking the ATMA exam.

Candidates can appear for the ATMA 2026 mock test a few days before the actual exam. Aspirants must take the ATMA mock test to ace the ATMA 2026 exam.

• The ATMA mock test has been speculated to be conducted between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• It must be noted that the candidates who do not appear for the mock test will not be eligible to appear for the final exam since it is a mandatory part of the ATMA 2026 Exam process.
• The candidates must use the same system for the mock test as they use for the final exam.
• The candidates must ensure that the system requirements are fulfilled before they appear for the final exam of ATMA 2026.
• The candidates must log in at least ten minutes before their time slot.

ATMA Scores will have to be downloaded from www.atmaaims.com by using the login id and password sent by email to the candidate. No hard copy will be
issued unless otherwise specifically requested. ATMA score report for each candidate will contain four scores: viz quantitative, verbal, analytical, and total. These scores are based on the raw scores of each candidate and are statistically scaled with reference to the entire Test population.

The first three scores measure different constructs and are neither comparable nor can be added to each other. The scores can be easily interpreted, compared in each construct category, and used for specific purposes. ATMA scores cannot be compared directly or indirectly to other similar Test scores. 

In addition to the scaled scores, the Score Report will also contain percentages below the data. These percentiles indicate the percentage of candidates in the entire ATMA Testing population, who have scored below the candidate in that category.

The candidates should remember the following:

• Candidates are advised to keep two photocopies of the duly completed registration form for their future reference.
• Candidates can download their Admit cards from the ATMA website www.atmaaims.com three days in advance of the Test.
• Candidates can indicate five institutions to which they want ATMA scores to be sent without any additional charge. 
• Change of test center is not allowed, except in exceptional cases where the request for change has been made at least 10 days before the day of the test. Change of test center is subject to availability of seats in the desired center and approval of the test administrator. 
• For any inquiry, candidates may write to the ATMA Secretariat at Pune, or email to atma.secretariat@gmail.com stating their PID / Roll Number and Test Date.
• If any misconduct or unfair practice by a candidate is detected, directly or indirectly by any of the several available means, the candidate’s score will be cancelled.
• Please note that ATMA has been accepted by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India, and AICTE as one of the six tests for admissions to the MBA and similar programs at the postgraduate level by AICTE-recognized Institutions.
• Management Institutions that do not participate in ATMA, but accept ATMA scores directly from the students without authentication by ATMA Office do so at their own risk and responsibility.
• Directorates of Technical Education/Departments of Higher Education of State Governments are required to seek officially the results of the candidates opting for the Management Institutions of the state from the Office of ATMA directly.
