The CMAT 2019 Result has been announced by NTA on the official website of CMAT on 6th February 2019. The Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is a national-level, computer-based management entrance test. Every year, a large number of candidates apply for this online test. Until the year 2018, All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) used to be the conducting authority of CMAT. However, CMAT 2019 examination is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). To view the CMAT 2019 Result, candidates can login with Application Number and Password or Date of Birth.
The CMAT 2019 application process started from 1st November 2018 as announced by NTA and ended on 7th December 2018. Therefore, candidates are advised to be attentive enough to fill in the application form on time and start preparing for this national-level examination.
CMAT is taken by candidates who wish to pursue management programmes. Candidates are evaluated based on their performance in various sections like Quantitative Technique, Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension, and General Awareness.
The CMAT result 2018 was announced on 15th February 2018 by AICTE on its official website which included candidates' section-wise marks and overall score. By providing credential details, candidates were able to view their respective CMAT scores.
On the basis of CMAT result, AICTE also releases a merit list to shortlist candidates for admission. Candidates need to download and print their respective CMAT scorecards from the official website, as no hard copy of the scorecard is sent at their postal address.

Click on the appropriate link available on the home page of NTA i.e ' View CMAT 2019 Result'.
Login by entering the required details such as Application Number and Password or Date of Birth.
After that, Click on 'Submit' Tab.

CMAT scorecard is a crucial document that candidates must carry during the selection process. Following details would be mentioned on the scorecard.
The Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) 2019 is being held on 28th January 2019 for the aspirants of management studies in India. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has also announced the CMAT result date. It will be released on 8th February 2019 on the official website of CMAT for the candidates who will successfully appear for the examination. The result is the most important part of CMAT and its aspirants, as it will determine the fate of the candidates. A good CMAT score will help candidates in taking admission in top AICTE approved B-Schools of India. Therefore, candidates must work hard to achieve a good score in the examination.
The CMAT 2019 Result will be calculated on the basis of the marking scheme provided by NTA. There are a total of 100 questions of 100 marks that must be answered in 180 minutes. For every correct answer 4 marks will be awarded and for every wrong answer candidate will loose 1 mark. No mark/s shall be deducted for unattempted question/s. The CMAT percentage can be calculated by a formula mentioned below.
Percentile Formula : P = ( (N - your rank)/ N) x 100
In this N is the total number of test takers who will appear in CMAT 2019, whereas, P stands for Percentile.
After the declaration of CMAT 2019 result, the Participating Colleges of CMAT 2019 will release their cut-off list for the candidates. The cut-off list will determine the list of candidates being forwarded for the selection process through CMAT 2019. The result will be declared on 10th February 2019 after which the institutional cut-offs will release and the eligible candidates will be able to apply for their desired B-School.
The candidates who will face the selection process must know its constituents. The selection procedure will include a round of Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). Some management institutions may also conduct around written test before the GD and PI round to extract the creamy layer out of the hundreds. Based on candidates’ performance, merit list will be announced by the institutions followed by the admission process.
1. Will I get to see my scores on the test day?
No, you can not your scores on the same day of the test. The result will be announced by 8th February 2019, on the official website of CMAT.
2. Within how many days can I expect the results?
The results are usually announced in the month of February.
3. What are the marks allotted for every correct answer?
For every correct answer, 4 marks will be allotted to the candidates.
4. Is there negative marking in CMAT 2019?
Yes, 1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.
5. Where will I find my result in case if I misplace my original mark sheet?
You can always check for the result on the official website, however, if you misplace the original one you can download a new copy and save it on your desktop. If you are unable to find the result even after logging in successfully, then please contact the examination conducting authority as soon as possible.
