CEED 2019 Result

The CEED 2019 exam result will be declared by the conducting body - IIT Bombay once the exam is conducted. The CEED 2019 exam will be conducted in January 2019. In the meanwhile, take a look at the CEED 2018 results below. 

Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay has announced the CEED 2018 result on 7th March, 2018 for the exam conducted on Saturday, January 20, 2018 in 21 cities across the country. Out of the total 6,423 candidates who registered for the exam, 5,507 candidates sat for the examination. Out of 5,507 test takers, 1,003 candidates qualified the examination. Ms. Afshaar of Bengaluru has topped the exam with a CEED score of 77.53. Ms. Himani Abhay Deshpande from Thane has come second with a CEED score of 75.08, followed by Mr. Akshay Arvind Kamthe from Pune stands third with a CEED score of 71.42.

Candidates appearing for the exam can view their results using their registered E-mail ID and Password. The result is available in the form of a scorecard, which displays the overall marks scored by the candidates in the entrance exam. 

IIT Bombay administers CEED on a national-level for the candidates interested in taking admission in postgraduate studies of technological design and Ph.D.programme. Candidates must note that CEED score 2018 is valid for one year and hard copy of the CEED scorecard 2018 will not be sent to the candidates’ address via post. Candidates must visit the official website to download their CEED scorecard online.

Steps to View CEED Result

  • Step I: Visit the official website to view CEED 2018 results (www.ceed.iitb.ac.in/2018).

  • Step II: Click on that tab that says 'Scorecard'.

  • Step III: Enter your login credentials, E-mail ID and Password.

  • Step IV: Your CEED 2018 result will be displayed on the screen.

  • Step V: Download and take a printout of the CEED 2018 result.

  • Step VI: Keep a printout of CEED 2018 scorecard for future reference.

CEED Scorecard 2018

Candidates must visit the official website to download their CEED scorecard online.The hard copy of the CEED scorecard 2018 will not be sent to the candidates’ address via post.

Candidates who appeared in CEED 2018 can access and download their CEED 2018 scorecard by entering their E-mail and Password. The option for downloading CEED scorecard is now available. Candidates must keep their respective scorecards safe, as the same will be required during the counseling and admission process. There is no provision to send CEED scorecard via post, therefore, all candidates must download and take a print of their CEED scorecard. Candidates must note that CEED scores 2018 will be valid for one year. 

CEED 2019 Cut-off

After the result declaration, IIT Bombay releases a cut-off list for CEED to shortlist candidates for further admission process. Based on CEED cut-off marks, candidates will get admission in M.Des courses offered at IITs, IISC, Bangalore and many other design institutions. In order to get shortlisted, candidates must secure marks as per the CEED 2019 cut-off list. Candidates failing to meet the cut-off of CEED 2019 will not be considered for admission.
