Important Pointers for IBPS Clerk 2024 Registration

  • It is important for IBPS Clerk aspirants to note that the scanned signature must not be signed in Capital Letters. Such a signature shall not be accepted by the concerned authorities.

  • The letter of Declaration must be – “I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the IBPS Clerk application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

  • The language of the Declaration must specifically be in English and similar to the matter written above on a white sheet/paper with black or blue ink.

  • The image of the Thumb Impression, Photograph and Signature must be clear, as a blurred image shall be subject to rejection from the exam conducting authority.

  • The Photograph must be a coloured image and a recent one.

  • No selfies of the applicant shall be entertained and accepted by the exam conducting authority.

  • The Thumb Impression must specifically be of the left-hand if any candidate does not have left-hand thumb then such candidate can use the impression of the right-hand thumb. If both the thumbs of both hands are missing then the candidate can use the impression of the fingers starting from the forefinger of the right hand. In case of no fingers on the left hand, the impression of the finger starting from the forefinger can be used. If no fingers are available, the impression of the left toe may be taken.
