Haryana LEET 2021 Application Process

Haryana LEET or Haryana Lateral Entry Entrance Test is an entrance exam conducted by Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES). The exam is conducted for admission into the 2nd year or 3rd year of B.E or B. Tech engineering programs.  Candidates who are interested in taking admission in 2nd year of the engineering program need to register for the program. The application process of the Haryana LEET 2021 entrance exam mentioned below will let the candidates know the detailed procedure of filling the application form. Notification regarding the application will be released by the Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES), once the application form is uploaded on the official website of the body. 

While submitting the application form, all the candidates will have to pay the application fee decided by the conducting body. The application fee can be submitted in any of the banks including Punjab National Bank and Axis Bank. Applicants submitting the fee online using the payment gateway will also have to pay the service charge. Candidates are advised to check all the details mentioned by them in the application form before submitting the form with the application fee. Haryana LEET Exam Application Filling Dates 2021

Candidates may go through the important opening and closing dates of the application form given below. These dates are scheduled according to the Haryana LEET Exam examination of the previous year, the revised dates will be published here once the Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES) has officially released them.

Note: Dates mentioned above are tentative and are subject to change when updated by the conducting body. 

Documents Required for Filling Haryana LEET Application 2021

Candidates will have to attach the documents provided below while filling the Haryana LEET 2021 application form:

• Scanned copy of recent passport size photograph

• Hall-Ticket number of the qualifying examination

• 10th/ 12th Mark sheet

• Both hand index finger scan copy

• Percentage of marks and year of Passing of Qualifying Examination (if Passed)

• Scanned copy of candidates signature

• Copy of Aadhar card

Steps to Fill UP Haryana LEET 2021 Online Application Form

All applicants are advised to read carefully the following instructions for successful registration of Haryana LEET entrance exam.

• All applicants should visit the https:/onlinetesthry.gov.in website for registration before the important dates set for B.E / B.Tech (LEET) courses to appear in the Haryana LEET exam.

• Candidates are recommended to be comfortable with the keyboard and mouse handling. Next, the student needs to choose the name of the course and apply personal details such as title, date of birth, father/mother name, education, address details etc. in the online application form.

• Applicants will then have to upload their Colored Photograph (JPG File Max. 30 KB Size) and Specimen Signature (JPG File Max. 20 KB Size) passport size on the online application form.

• The applicant can check and edit his / her registration details before submitting the online application form. In addition, the applicant should also ensure that the photograph & signature submitted is his / her own photograph & signature and that the information filled in must be the same as those reported in the qualifying test. The incorrect information submitted in the online application form will not be accepted and the applicant will be forced to re-submit a fresh online application form. An additional fee will be charged against the fresh application form.

• The candidate will be asked to submit 3 Haryana LEET exam centre choices for appearing in the Haryana LEET exam. The applicant will be allocated Haryana LEET exam centre out of the choices filled out in the online application form, depending on the capacity of a specific centre, otherwise, any Haryana LEET exam centre shall be allocated where capacity is appropriate.

• The entry test fee should be deposited via e-challan produced from the website https:/onlinetesthry.gov.in in the bank (AXIS or PNB) or via credit/debit card or net banking using the online payment gateway.

• The system will show a printable registration form consisting of Application Form Number with other registration information as filled out and submitted by the applicant after successful submission of registration details.

Note:

• The candidate will be responsible for the details he/she has filled out in the online application form. Any false information filled by the candidate may result in incorrect result/rank generation / debarring from the entrance test.

• It is not allowed to submit a duplicate application. If a candidate wishes to correct/ update certain details submitted in his / her online application form, the same should be done before the last date of application submission. 

•  The applicant must take a print out of the filled application form and e-challan for the submitted application fee taken from the website https:/onlinetesthry.gov.in after the successful submission of the application fee. 

Haryana LEET Exam 2021 Application Fee

The application fee needs to be submitted online while submitting the completed application form. The application fee is mentioned in the table. Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES) has decided separate application form for all the categories.

Correction in Haryana LEET 2021 entrance exam

Candidates need to be careful while submitting the completed application form Haryana LEET 2021 entrance exam as the Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES) will not accept any incorrect entry. If any candidate has submitted the application form and he is not sure about some information then he will have to register a fresh entry. Additional charges will be charged while filling the application form again.
