NEET Biology Syllabus 2024

The NEET Biology Syllabus for 2024 has been released by the National Medical Commission (NMC). Unlike previous years when the National Testing Agency (NTA) issued the updated syllabus, this time, the NMC has published the revised NEET Syllabus 2024 PDF. Some changes have been made, including additions and removals of topics from the NEET Biology syllabus.

Candidates can access the NEET Biology Syllabus PDF released by the NMC on its official website.

The reduction in syllabus is due to changes in the new NCERT book’s syllabus. The syllabus of the new NCERT books differs from that of the old NCERT books, necessitating adjustments in the syllabus. While several topics and chapters have been added and removed from the NEET Biology syllabus, candidates using old NCERT books for NEET Biology preparation need not purchase new books. Only a few new topics have been added to the syllabus, with most of the syllabus being reduced.

For more details on newly added topics, removed chapters, important topics, NEET Biology chapter-wise weightage, and recommended books, continue reading.

In order to get a seat in MBBS college offering low fees, students have to aim to secure marks higher than 650. Only then, you'll be able to get into a government college where fees are on the lower side. If students score around 500-550 marks, they can opt for these institutions that have slightly lower fees than others.
