I am in my second year so can i apply exam for IBPS Clerk 2021 Exam

You cannot apply for IBPS Clerk 2021 Exam, in order to be eligible, you must have secured a  graduate degree from any recognised university. So while pursuing any bachelor degree you cannot apply for IBPS Clerk 2021 Exam.
