Amity JEE 2020 Eligibility Criteria

Before applying for any programme, it is important for a candidate to be aware of the eligibility norms of the entrance test. Only eligible candidates can apply for Amity JEE 2020. The criteria of eligibility are different for different B.Tech programmes. Therefore, before proceeding to fill the Amity JEE 2020 application form, candidates should carefully go through the eligibility norms of Amity JEE.

  • Candidate should have passed their class 10th and class 12th standard or equivalent examination from a recognised board/university.

  • Candidate should've studied English, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in their 11th and 12th standard and should've secured the minimum aggregate.

Can Commerce students fill the Amity JEE application form?

No. Only students from the Science stream with PCM / PCB (depending upon the applied course) are eligible to apply for Amity JEE.

I am currently studying in Class 12th. Can I apply for Amity JEE?

Yes. Candidates can apply for Amity JEE while appearing for the Class 12th exams. However, such candidates must furnish proof of eligibility after the declaration of Class 12th results.

What is the Amity JEE eligibility criteria for sponsored candidates?

In order to apply for Amity JEE, a sponsored candidate must have completed 10 + 2 from a recognized board with PCM / PCB. Additionally, the candidate must have scored 65% aggregate marks for the CSE course and 55% aggregate marks for all other BTech courses in Class 12th.

Is English mandatory for applying for Amity JEE exam?

Yes. A student must have studied English in Class 11th and 12th to be eligible for the Amity JEE exam.
