Only Indian candidates are eligible to apply for ULSAT.
Candidates should have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) from any affiliated Board of Education in India.
In order to be eligible for ULSAT, candidates are required to clear class 10 and 12 board examinations with a minimum of 50%.
Candidates who are appearing in the final year of the qualifying examination can also take ULSAT. However, such candidates have to produce proof of their age in the form of their class 10 mark-sheet. They are also required to produce all the original documents/certificates at the time of counselling/admission.
Candidate’s age should not exceed 20 years as on 1st July of the exam year. In case, a candidate belongs to Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe category, then, the age limit should be 22 years as on 1st July of the exam year.

UPES has not laid any age limit criteria for most of the programmes that it offers. There is no age limit criteria for ULSAT law programmes as well. However, 21 years of age is the right age to acquire programmes from UPES, certain factors such as the choice of course, years to complete the course etc matter a lot in this regard.
ULSAT 2022 application form is available for LLM, 3 years LLB, and 5 years LLB. Apart from ULSAT, candidates can apply for admission in law courses at UPES via CLAT/LSAT/board exam scores of the current session.
