CAT DILR Syllabus 2023: The CAT Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning (DILR) section assesses an MBA aspirant’s capability to think logically and make quick decisions while under pressure. It is one of the most difficult and unpredictable sections among the trinity (QA, VARC, and DILR) that requires a candidate to have the right mindset and approach to excel.
CAT 2023 DILR syllabus includes Data Caselets, Seating Arrangement, Blood Relation, Graphs, Tables, Word and Letter Puzzles, and more. This section generally consists of 20 questions (15 MCQs & 5 TITA) and is divided into four sets of two questions each (two sets of six and two sets of four). These sets are categorized as easy, moderate, and difficult. Thus, it becomes essential for students to be able to select which set to solve and which not.
IIM Lucknow has conducted the CAT 2023 exam on November 26, 2023. The CAT registration 2023 ended on September 21, 2023. Candidates appearing for CAT 2023 must be aware of all the topics and questions asked in the DILR section to be prepared for the exam well.
