admission in best college : I have scored 85% in CBSE board exam 2016. Can you suggest me the best government college for B. Sc in Biology honours?

Everythng depends on the cut-off marks set by respective universities for admission. Since you have not mentioned your location preference, we can't really suggest you specific colleges. However, we do suggest you to consider Delhi University, Mumbai University, Chennai University for B. Sc (Hons) Biology as they are some of the most reputed universities in India. 

You could also try Jamia Milia Islamia or Jawaharlal Nehru University for B. Sc in Biology. Aligarh Muslim University & Benaras Hindu University are also good options. 

We also suggest you to consider doing B. Sc (Hons) Biology from non govermnment colleges.
