Dear student,

If 60% is your overall percentage, what's the marks scored in core English subject? Usually, for good universities like Delhi University etc., the minimum cut-off is over 90% with 90+ marks in the English paper. What we will suggest is that you look at private English colleges in India like Amity, Sharda etc., where admission is open and where the curriculum is also good. Since youa re interested in English, may we suggest that consider B. A (Hons) in Journalism & Mass Comm as well. It is a professional course and has many career opportunities as well. Good luck.
