The Jain University placement process involves several steps that ensure a smooth and effective placement experience for the students.

1. Orientation: The placement process begins with an orientation session conducted by the Director of Placements or the Chief Placement Officer, along with the Dean, Director, and faculties of Jain University. During this session, students are provided information about the placement process, guidelines, major recruiters, and previous years' placement statistics.

2. Data Capturing: The Student Career Advisory & Placement Support Team collects data from students across various parameters using a concise Data Capture Format. This data helps in the recruitment process as it aligns with the requirements of different companies.

3. Student Mapping: The Placement Services Team and Career Advisory team interact with students to understand their strengths and interests. Based on this information, they map students to suitable job opportunities. Recruiters are then invited based on these student maps.

4. Placement Training: Students participating in campus placements are required to undergo the Campus Recruitment Leadership Training Programme provided by the Institute of Skills (IoS). This training includes various components such as in-house training for aptitude, group discussions, and mock interviews, guest lectures, workshops, and alumni interactions. These sessions aim to enhance students' skills and prepare them for the recruitment process.

5. Recruitment Process:

   a. Job Opening: Students are informed about job openings relevant to their interests and skills.

   b. Online Registration: Students register for the placement process to express their interest.

   c. Interview Schedule: Students receive information about their interview schedule.

   d. Pre-Placement Talk: Recruiters conduct pre-placement talks on campus, providing insights into their company and job roles.

   e. Campus Interviews: Interviews are conducted on campus, where students showcase their skills and qualifications.

   f. Final Results: After the interviews, recruiters provide the final list of selected students at the end of the process.

6. Final Selection: Once the recruitment process is complete, the recruiters share the final list of selected students. The successful candidates are then contacted for further procedures or job offers.
