Dear student,
From 2016 onwards, admission to any medical college across India will be basis NEET 2016 scores. While you can take the COMEDK exam for admission to engineering & architecture colleges in 2016, for medical college admissions, you should have taken the NEET exam.
COMEDK was set up by the Karnataka Professional Colleges’ Foundation, comprising of 13 Medical and 24 Dental Unaided Private Professional Colleges offering a total of 700 MBBS and 700 BDS seats. But admission to these colleges will be based on the results of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test 2016, Phase-I and II. The results of NEET examination are reported to be announced sometimes in August 2016. The eligibility criteria for admission to medical colleges in Karnataka shall be as laid down by MCI/ DCI including the NEET score.
