Course Selection : I decided to do Agricultural Engg, but I have seen many streams in Agri such as Food & Management process, Energy & Power Management, Horticulture etc.., So i wanna know which stream is more demanded and better scope in future....

What is your preference - B. Sc in Agriculture or B. Tech in Agriculture? Since India is an agrarian country, this field will never run out of job opportunities. 

As far as specialisations go,

• Try to shortlist a few specialisations that might hold your interest
• Then look at the skill set required for each of them
• See which skill set you are able to identify with most 
• And then pursue that field

See, the most important thing is to do something that you are good at. You will enjoy it & at the same time, you will be good at it. Hence the chances of succeeding in that field will be huge. Every specialisation will offer you the platform to reach heights of success. So, instead of just going after something you are not sure about, go for something that you know you will be good at.

Of the 4 fields that you have mentioned, i.e, Food & Management Process, Energy & Power Management, Horticulture, we would rate job availability in the followoing order. Please note, that the economy is a ever evolving - and tomorrow, something else may become more lucrative than the other!
