B Design courses in multimedia are a better option to learn animation.There are many courses of animation in india and few places are doing really great. LPU provides : Bsc( Multimedia) 3 years Bsc( Gaming) 3 years Bsc( Graphics) 3 years B.design( Multimedia) — 4 years B.design( Gaming) 4 years B.design( Graphics)4 years and two courses in masters also Msc Multimedia - 2 years M.design Multimedia - 2 years For admission in any of he design programs, LPUNEST is mandatory. Score of national test is applicable. First of all, there is a separate Department Called Multimedia which comes under school of design III. This Department has well equipped labs with high end workstations and it has gaming studios also where students can play and test the games on playstation, PC and x box platform. Multimedia students of LPU has campus placements in companies like Amazon ( as 3d Artist), Rockstar games, Kony India, xentrix studio, Dq entertainment, Prime focus, Green gold animation and so on Faculties are well experienced and specialised and everyone from industry having more than 8 to 10 years of experience in their respective field. Reality is LPU always gives a platform of placement to students even if they give soft skills and personality development classes. students of creative field also do well in presentations of their work and designs LPU students got 23 lpa as the highest package and 4.9 lpa as an average package.
