Zoology or Bachelor of Science in Zoology is an undergraduate Zoology course. Since you have not mentioned any location preference, there are many universities that offer B.Sc Hons in zoology throughout India. There is no entrance examination for admission to B.Sc Hons in Zoology though the seat will be alloted to you according to the merit list prepared as per your board resuts. It is necessary that you had science as a subject in 12th standard.
