When it comes to aerospace engineering, I would say LPU has a good infrastructure. The sister of a friend of mine is currently in her final year of a BTech programme in aerospace engineering at LPU itself. He informed me that three aerospace engineering students recently took home the gold medal at the IAAC 2021, the International Astronomy and Astrophysics Competition. One of the biggest astronomical competitions in the world is IAAC. LPU has set the audacious objective of creating the LPUSAT-1 satellite. Students and researchers will be able to connect with the International Space Station (ISS), download real-time satellite photos, and receive telemetry and science/engineering data from nano-satellites and larger spacecraft thanks to the Center. The Center will serve as a crucial space research centre for LPU as well as a virtual lab for educational institutions in India and its adjacent nations. The renowned STEM Engagement Award was given to the team of students known as Visionauts from Lovely Professional University in the 2019 NASA's. Riddhi Malhotra, a second-year student at Lovely Professional University studying aerospace engineering, has received the "Hall of Fame" honour. The event was the "Annual International Astronomy & Physics Competition (AIAPC-21)" that was put on by the well-known physics and science website "Physeeks" around the world. A student from LPU is also recognised as the first female to ever receive "Rank 1" in the competition. 2300+ students and physics enthusiasts from 32 nations competed in this extremely varied and special tournament. Research Achievements: 1. According to Stanford University, 13 academic members at LPU are among the top 2% of all scientists worldwide.
