Hi there, you can qualify LPUNEST for admission in M Tech programs as well. LPUNEST is the acronym for Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test. It is conducted in online mode every year for admission to more than 150 programs. The test acts as an Entrance Test as well as Scholarship Test. Yes, it is mandatory to qualify for the GATE cutoff to be able to apply for the GNIT M.Tech programme. The institute requires valid GATE scores to shortlist the candidates. The qualifying GATE cutoff for 2023 has been released. It is 32.5 for computer science and information technology and 29 for electronics and communication engineering for the general category students. This qualifying cutoff is considered as GNIT Kolkata cutofffor M.Tech admission and students qualifying for the cutoff are considered eligible for admission.
